M & L rendering 15mm thick in Cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brickwork, laterite masonry or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying 2 coats of cement base paint over and including one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparing old surface of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparing old surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparing old surface of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down moss and efflorescent salt etc and applying one coat of arcylic exterior emulsion antifungal paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Concertina coil of 600mm outer dia made out of 2.60mm dia spring steel wire 230gm /sqm dipped with corrosion preventive fluid (rusilo 901) of castrol make including white colour, each coil having min 50 turns (circles) and an average weight not less than 8.57 kg including handle and spike at both ends of coil errected in position on top of mild steel angle by fixing with MS rod for securing including necessary welding/clipping to MS sections etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. [Note:- Each line wire to be measured]

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, from concrete, brickwork, masonry, etc including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Joist, Channel, angle, or tee sections fixed independently, as in `Y' section/swan neck etc without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e within 20mm of the length indicated) grade Fe-410 (Gde E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other sections with gusset plates rails etc complete drilled for fixing or steel sheeting or other than covering ,doors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparing old treated steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparing new steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in coping over masonry including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS galvanized fencing including, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.
