Earth work open excavation by manual means in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the excavated earth with a lead of 10m within the compound in places shown by the TANSIDCO Engineers and clearing and levelling the site etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the TANSIDCO Engineers. (As per TNBP No. 20A)

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in slush and silt under water upto 0.75m depth requiring the aid of basket and vessels etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the TANSIDCO Engineers. (As per TNBP No. 20A)

Providing and laying of Well Gravel including cost and conveyance of the same to work site from approved quarry including stacking the same to departemental gauge for premeasurement including all labour charges for laying, spreading, all hire and fuel charges for power roller for compaction etc., complete and as directed by the TANSIDCO Engineers for making up of low berms. (Payment will be made for consolidated thickness of well gravel only). (As per MORTH Specification 111, 112, 401 & 900)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates for Wet Mix Macadam 250mm thick including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant, conveyance of mixed materials by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers using pavers in Sub Base / Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory soil compactor to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete and as directed by the TANSIDCO Engineers. (As per Clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5)

Providing and laying Tack Coat over existing BT surface using 2 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete. (As per Clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5).

Providing, laying 50mm consolidated thick Bituminous Macadam using 0.20 cum of 26.50-13.20mm, 0.43 cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.08 cum of 2.36mm & below size IRC metal with 37 Kgs of VG30 Grade bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen, aggregate and mixing them in required temperature using Central hot mix plant 20-30ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP. (As per Clause 504 of MORTH Rev-5)

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36mm and below with 50.30kgs of VG30 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP. (As per Clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5)

Providing and laying of Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. The rate includes cost of thermoplastic and labour charges etc., complete. (As per MORTH Specification 803)

Earth work excavation for foundation by manual means for RR / brick and other step type footings for load bearing structures in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring, shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the TANSIDCO Engineers with an initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m and clearing and levelling the site etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the TANSIDCO Engineers. (As per TNBP No. 23 & 24)

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement with Crushed Stone Sand (M Sand) in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the TANSIDCO Engineers. (As per TNBP No. 24 & 25)

Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One cement, five crushed stone sand and ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the TANSIDCO Engineers. (As per TNBP No. 28)

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the TANSIDCO Engineers. (As per TNBP No. 28)

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement, one and a half crushed stone sand and three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill, fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including super plasticiser, laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the TANSIDCO Engineers. (As per TNBP No. 30)

For Foundation and Basement

Reinforced Cement Concrete of M30 Grade Design Mix using M Sand, 20mm and 10mm gauge HB stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding centering, shuttering & also cost of reinforcement grill in position but including the cost of mixing concrete, placing, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, finishing and curing etc., complete and as directed by the SIDCO Engineers. (As per TNBP No. 30)

Levelling and Compacting the Reinforced Cement Concrete M30 Grade Design Mix including vacuum dewatering finishing the surface with mechanical traveller finishing, fixing and removing the inner channel after finishing the works with proper gradient and alignment including all materials, labours and tools & plants etc., complete and as directed by the TANSIDCO Engineers. (As per TNBP No. 30)

Providing Groove Cutting of 5mm width and 60mm average depth in the existing Reinforced Cement Concrete including hire charges for cutting machine, cost of cutting wheel, watering charges for cleaning, cost of bitumen, filling charges and labour charges etc., complete.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel Reinforcement Grills of all variety like HYSD/CTD/TMT and all grade like Fe 500, Fe550D, Fe 500D etc., for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel reinforcement and G.I. binding wire, wastage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the TANSIDCO Engineers. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel reinforcement and binding wire). (As per TNBP No. 30 & 86)

Supplying and erecting Shuttering with necessary supports for Plane Surfaces such as RCC Column boxing, top & bottom slabs, sill slabs, sunshade with all cross bracings including strutting using silver oak (country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre etc., complete. (As per TNBP No. 86 & 86A)

Supplying and erecting Centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting for Plane Surfaces such as RCC slabs, rectangular beams 'T' or 'L' beams, lintels, bed blocks, staircase, waist and landing slabs, landing beams, canopy etc. with all cross bracings using silver oak (country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre supported by casurina post of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc. complete. (As per TNBP No. 86 & 86A)

Construction of Circular Manhole Chamber of following inner dia, steining wall thickness and depth (cover slab bottom to invert level) as per drawing including necessary earth work excavation in all kinds of soils with crushed stone sand refilling, Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One cement, five crushed stone sand and ten of aggregate) using 40mm gauge hard broken stone jelly for a depth of 0.10m for foundation, RCC bottom raft slab for 0.15m depth, RCC circular side wall 0.20/0.23m thick, RCC cover slab for 0.15m thick using RCC 1:2:4 (One cement, two crushed stone sand and four of aggregate) using 20mm gauge hard broken stone jelly, channeling with PCC 1:2:4 (One cement, two crushed stone sand and four of aggregate) using 20mm gauge hard broken stone jelly, supplying & fixing of 600mm x 600mm SFRC Manhole Cover, bedding and channeling including refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth and depositing the surplus earth with an initial lead of 10m and initial lift upto 2m as directed by the TANSIDCO Engineers including finishing, curing, cost of all materials, labours, shoring, strutting and bailing out of water wherever necessary etc. complete (As per the type of design of manhole)

1.00m dia and 0.20m wall thickness: Below GL upto 1.00m depth

1.00m dia and 0.20m wall thickness: Below GL from 1.00m to 1.50m depth

Supplying, laying and jointing of 450mm dia of HDPE Pipes - Below GL from 1.00m to 1.50m depth of IS 14333 / 1996 using PE 100, PN 6 grade raw material for sewer pipe line including necessary earth work excavation, jointing & laying the pipes to proper grade & alignment, testing the pipes with required pressure of water including cost of pipe, labour for jointing & laying the pipe, refilling the trench as before after the pipes are laid, all lead charges for conveyance of water for testing, dismantling the brick work and making dismantled portion good and as directed by the TANSIDCO Engineers including shoring, strutting, side shuttering with labour charges and bailing out water wherever necessary etc. complete. (The HDPE pipe should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.)

Conveyance the Surplus Earth to the places shown by the Engineer incharge including loading into lorries, conveying unloading from lorries and spreading in places indicated as instructed by the Engineer incharge with a lead of 3 to 4 km etc., complete.
