Complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali reistant primer over 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on ceilings and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali reistant primer over 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in two coats as 5mm thick in CM 1:4 including mixing of water proofing compound over 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and as directed. Applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali reistant primer over 1mm thick wall care putty on ceiling surfaces including preparation of the newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of entire water proofing treatment in any position including raflt, plaster and removing the debris outside MD land all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick rendeing in CM 1:4 over concrete surface (roof) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.5 kg / sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weight not less than 160 gms / sqm) laid over primer surface including bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.3 litre / sqm by torched application complete all as specified and directed. Supply install testing and commissioning of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set of cap 315 / 320 KVA 415 Volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine and alternator all as per latest ISI standards and CPCB-II norms as amended upto date complete in and including Standard AMF panel as per manufactureres recommendations indoor type, electrinic governor control panel with necessary meters and sound proof canopy with PCC foundation as per manufactureres recommendations including 0.5 mtr all around the DG set and height of foundation minimum 0.5 mtr from GL complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
