Dismantling Wrought Iron or Mild Steel Work, viz. MS Flat Iron (Wind Tie) and Similar Work including MS Bolts, Nuts, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations or below paver block including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Hardcore (broken stone or boulders) of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) type C2 as in foundation filling and mass conc, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete type B-0 (1:2:4), using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate for miscllanaous patch or repair for coping, haunching and other similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Reinforced Cement Concrete (Design Mix) M-25 as in slabs as in drain cover supported on walls, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Formwork and Reinforcement shall be Measured and Paid for separately under relevant Items.

Use & waste of formwork to Soffits of suspended slab such as Roof slab, Floor slab, landings and similar works horizontal or sloping etc., not exceding 200mm thick ,flat rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L fly ash bricks pulverizes using class designation 75 (kgf/cm2) bricks straigth or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:4) cmplete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips (upto 04 storey High of building)complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Mild Steel Framed Work such as Grills, Gratings, etc. with ends of Bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into Spikes; Framed Guard Bars; Barred Iron Doors; Ladders; Framed Balusters; Walk Ways; Railings; Framework of Water Tanks and Similar Work, conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165, complete all as speci-fied and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick (10mm+5mm) in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of Brick Walls of wall or of open drain, finishing plastered surfaces Even and fair without using Extra Cement and using water proofing compound on top surface as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

"Supply only" liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 150 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped end etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped end etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 100mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified.

M&L Prepolished cement concrete chequered tiles of size 400 x 400 x 25 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes and including dismantling of chequered tiles . complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour,design & pattern as in footparth, parks,lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, complete all as spcified and directed.

Labour only for laying cement concrete interlocking paver block as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, complete all as spcified and directed. Notes:- 1. Serviceable interlocking paver block shall be obtained from item No. 5.00 mentioned here-in-before. 2. Measurement for Sand under paver bolck shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel plaint over a coat of red oxide all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
