Providing 40 ft x 8 ft x 8 ft trailer with load capacity up to 27 MT for shifting of 10 Inch, WT 12.7mm thick coated pipes. Minimum 25 nos. 10.75”OD, WT 12.7mm pipes per trailer. This item includes activities for each trailer: i) Providing wooden sleeper between 1st layer of pipes and trailer bed at 03 locations along the length of the pipes. The sleeper should have grooves cut outs to accommodate 10 inch pipes. ii) Rubber paddings shall be provided between each layer of pipes to prevent rubbing of pipes surface during transportation. iii) Loading of pipes at Consignor's address including arranging adequate nos. of hydra machine with adequate capacity, clamps for lifting the pipes and associated accessories to ensure complete safety.
