P/L in position Cement conc. 1 cement:5fine sand: 10graded crushed stone agg. 40 mm excluding the cost of centring & shuttering all work upto plinth level.

P/L in position Cement conc. 1 cement:3fine sand:6graded crushed stone agg. 20 mm for foundation excluding the cost of centring & shuttering all work upto plinth level.

Centring & shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of the formwork for foundation, footing and bases of columns

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in 1 cement : 6 Coarse sand

Extra for Brick masonry in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level.

15 mm thick cement Plaster on the rough side of single or half brick walls with 1:6 mix mortar

12mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:6 MIX

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with water profing cement paint of approved brand & manufacture and of reqd. shade to give even shade new work ( Three or more coat ).
