Repair to isolated potholes, depth of potholes exceeding 30mm and not exceeding 1.5Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc., cutting edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5Kg per 10Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8Kg per 10Sqm, blinded with 0.09Cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge

M&L for Preparing existing black top surfaces of bituminous road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., and complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer of grade VG-10 at 5 kg per 10 sqm of paving bitumen on prepared existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing existing surfaces of all dirt, scales, oil grease and Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads pavements and the like n.exc 10cm wide with 02 coats of road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Solar Road Studs [Bi-DirectionalJ made of Aluminium Die cast matt finish of size 125 X 125 X 25mm [Approximately], working on High Efficiency Mono-Crystalline Solar Panel 2.4 V / 0.3 Watt, One Ni-Mh or NI-cd Rechargeable Battery [1.2V / 1600 MA] with Six Super Bright LEDs with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd [Millicandela], with a minimum Operating time of 3-4 consecutive days with full charge, viewing distance / visibility not less than 800m with 2 Hz Flash Rate, Self operated from Dusk to Dawn, anti twist ribs on the bottom anchor / shank with high intensity reflective grade polymer sticker and conforming to IS - 12063, of Colour yellow or red or blue or green or white as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n.exc 400 sqm and n exc 50mm deep all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for premixed Bituminous macadam laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 as binder with 4% by weight of total mix using Hot mix plant and mechanical paver, rolled and compacted power roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M & L for laying Bituminous Premix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 grade by hot mix process and laid by mechanical paver, rolled with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller and compacted to required camber & gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content is used / approved in excecution of work under this item on plus side. However price adjustment shall be made for less quantity of binder content. (ii) Rate of recovery for using less quantity of binder shall be deducted as per market rates as approved by the Accepting Officer.

S&F in repairs Road Side Delineator (Reflector) as per approved model and confirming to IRC-67 made of powder coated MS Pipe 50mm bore 1000mm height Heavy grade fitted with 2 Nos of 100 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made of PMMA material with ABS Round body anti rust & anti theft steel net fixed with bolts, nuts and Epoxy Glue which emits excellent reflection during night time with 3 reflective strips of colour Amber, Red or White as approved by GE and duly embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 of 300 x 300 x 300 mm size fixing MS post and earthwork excavation etc complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Road stud Two way reflective of size 100mm x110mm x20mm (Approximately), ABS body with retro reflective panel of Amber, Red, or White colour, fitted with adhesive/glue complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting using 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing un-surfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose, dirt etc and applying evenly a prime coat with bituminous primer VG-10 at 10 Kg/Sqm of paving bitumen complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with 8 to 10 tonne power roller (type of agg granite trap or basalt) complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Demolition of Cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness and removal of rubbish outside MOD land complete.

M&L 100 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in floors/ paths including finishing the surface smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.
