Excavation in foundation trenches(for pipes & pits) upto all depths in all class fication of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailling and pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is protibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring/strutting, planking,timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable & unuseable material/soil separately & after laying jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15cm. layers including consolidating of such deposoited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/unuseable material as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration unmetalled surfaces to its original condit on & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signal, fixing caution boards crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects within all leads & lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm( twenty millimeter nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of from work in foundation and plinth with in all leads & lifts as per entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge.

Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floor, roofs, landing and the likefloor etc. upto 200mm in thickness within all leads and lifts.

Vertical surface such as wall(any thickness) partitions and the likeincluding attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string cources and thelike within all leads and lifts.

Edges of Slab and breaks in floors and walls under 20cm wide within all leads and lifts.

10mm thick cement plaster on fair sides of brick/stone masonery convrete walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arises internal rounded angles not exceeding 80mm girth in cm 1:3 (1cement:3sand) within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing (M.S Sheet & Angles iron) 600x600mm man hole cover with frame & cantrolling chamber for wheel valve complete. In all respect i.e locking arrangement etc (not less than B29 kg each) and angle iron stair cases for up & down (not less than 75kg)

Providing and fixing GMS ventilating pipe/over flow pipe (50 to 65)mm dia including all filling as per

Providing and fixing GMS tube of following dia in walls, floors etc. Including tube fittings and making the wall, floors etc. Good i.e weiding with one feets 25mm flatiran both side of reg pipes.

Providing and fixing cantrolling arrangement with (50 to 65)mm dia wheel valve i/c all type of tube fitting complete

manufacturing and fixing wheel box MS chamber of size 90x60x30 CM with M.S Sheet (2.50mm or (12B.G) think) duly welded with angle iron of angles iron 40x40x5mm and also provided extra length of 250mm of same angle (as tee) in the bottam of all four legs for embending in cement concrete C.C 1:2:4 and top opening will provide with hinges with lock arrangement etc. compelete and also providing hole on three sides of chamber for crossing different size of pipes and as per satisfaction of Enginer in charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Making of common header for distribution system of water at storage tanks including all fitting and fixing as per drawing etc. Wtih and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Laying and jointing in trenches G.M.S tubes (Light/Medium) tube fitting and earth work to be measuread and paid for separetly.
