Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) FE 410 mild steel screwed and socketed/ plain ended casing pipes of required dia, conforming to IS: 4270, of reputed & approved make, including painted with outside surface with two coats of anticorrosive paint of approved brand and manufacture, including required hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories, all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.. a) 200 mm nominal size dia having minimum wall thickness 5.40 mm

b) 150 mm nominal size dia having minimum wall thickness 5 mm

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) FE 410 plain slotted (having slot of size 1.6/3.2 mm) mild steel threaded and socketed/ plain bevel ended pipe (type A) of required dia, conforming to IS: 8110, of reputed and approved make, having wall thickness not less than 5.40 mm, including painted with outside surface with two coats of anticorrosive bitumestic paint of approved brand and manufacture, including hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories, all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer -in-charge. a) 200 mm nominal size dia.

b) 150 mm nominal size dia having minimum wall thickness of 5mm.

Gravel packing in tubewell construction in accordance with IS: 4097, including providing gravel fine / medium/ coarse, in required grading & sizes as per actual requirement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Development of tube well in accordance with IS: 2800 (part I) and IS: 11189, to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit), with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by “V” notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method, collecting water samples & getting tested in approved laboratory, i/c disinfection of tube well, all complete, including hire & labour charges of air compressor, tools & accessories etc., all as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. clamp of required dia to the top of casing/ housing pipe of tubewell as per IS: 2800 (part I), including necessary bolts & nuts of required size complete. 200 mm clamp

Providing and fixing suitable size threaded mild steel cap or spot welded plate to the top of bore well housing/ casing pipe, removable as per requirement, all complete for borewell of: 200 mm dia.

Supplying 100mm submersible pump coupled with 5.0 HP, 2900 RPM, submersible motor suitable for operation on three phase, 415volts, 50 cycles, AC supply. The pump shall be capable for the following performances. App. Discharge (m³/hr) 4.0 7.0 10.0 Total Head (Metres) 150 120 55

Supplying Copper Conductor 3 Core X2.5mm² flat water proof submersible cable.

Providing and fixing M.S. clamp of required 50 mm dia to the top of casing/ housing pipe of tubewell as per IS: 2800 (part I), including necessary bolts & nuts of required size complete.

Providing 50mm (Medium class) G.I pipe with threaded ends welded with G.I Flanges at both ends having semi-circular cut for protection of cable in 3.00 metre approx. length (lum sum)

Providing G.I Bend 90° (Medium) of 50mm dia. nominal bore.

Providing and fixing gun metal non- return valve of approved quality (screwed end) : 50 mm nominal bore Vertical

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) :50 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing new free- standing type feeder pillar LT panel board ( Lockable type) made of 1.60 mm MS sheet and mounted on MS frame 40x40x5mm size of reqired size duly completely coated by two-coats of synthetic enamel paint. This panel would house the following parts:- A) One enclosure for housing energy meter. B) One enclosure having L & T cat No.( AUC00204000 )/ BCH make 40 Ampere ( AUC00204000 )manul change over swich.C) One independent chamber for 5 HP submersible pumpset operated on 3-phase, 400/440 volts AC having the following electrical accessories:- i)BCH (Model CPPYNAKN*)/L&T make DOL submersible pump starter with MCB protection having 16 amp. Contractor with overload relay of 8.90 -13.50 amp. Range.

Installation of new 5 H P submersible pump set (100 mm) including carrying way of G I pipes for lowering the pump set along with tying of cable with pipes, fixing of G I bend and alignment the same with main line , jointing of cable from L T switch board and including providing/ fixing reducer, mounting clamp set, Union, tail piece, G I bend, rubber packing, nuts-bolts-washers( if required) and testing & commissioning etc. complete.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. without charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete : 50 to 80 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc. External work 50 mm dia nominal bore

Providing and fixing Telemetric Digital water flow meter as per CGWA guidilines for 50mm dia pipe with facility of logging the data on the cloud server and measuring range of 0.2 to 12 m3 sec complete in all respect as per the satisfaction of engineer in charge.
