REAPIR REPLACEMENT OF PLASTER FINISH WITH GRIT FINISH TO BDY WALL UNDER GE CENTRAL DELHI CANTT

Taking down Cement plaster on brick walls built in cement mortar including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc omplete all as specified and as directed. Engr-in-Charge .

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specifed as direted by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1: 4 furrowing the under layer with scratching tool appling cement slurry on the under layer at the rate of 3 kg of cement per plaster 1:1/2:2 (1cement :1/2 coarse sand :2stone chipping 10 mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chpping complete all as specified .

M & L for Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal exising teratment from old surface of wall by scrubbing with hard brushing, brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smook soot mould moss and efforescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots as applicable and washing with water & applying two coat of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolation Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified .

M&L Brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in Cm 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable cement concrete drain cover in any position and any location complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F precast fibre reinforced cement concrete drain cover including grove and hook arrangement for lifting and placing in position and sides covered by MS sheet medium duty of overall Size 1000mmx500mmx75mm complete all as specified and as directed.
