REPAIRS TO JOINERY AND OTHER MISC B/R IN ZONE A AND REPAIR/ MAINT TO CERTAIN E/M INSTALLATIONS AT JALIPA MIL STN UNDER GE (A) BARMER

Taking down chowkats or frames (without taking of shutters from the frames) area not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each including fair finish of existing plaster surface complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down chowkats or frames (without taking of shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each fair finish of existing plaster surface complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and n exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm and n exc 2 Sqm each and refixing in same opening after cutting by chishel or hand saw, peeling by plane, fixing/ re-placing of hinges, repairing etc including all nales screws, pieces, small let in for making good where hinges, etc. have been removed from chowkhats or frames, shutters, etc. including painting or oiling to match, if required complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Hinges shall be measured and paid separately)

Repairs existing aluminium door/ window shutter including frame with completely/partially taking down door shutter and tightening of all screws, replacing including provision of unservicable hinge, handle, lock, aluminium plate & floor door stopper and complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing. The door frame shall be tied to the wall using 75/100mm long MS screw as directed .

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails. M S tube for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS fram welded/sealed to the stile and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement.

S&F for pressed steel frames of size 125X60mm of 1.25mm thick for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs. hinges, lock strike plate,etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for pressed steel frames of size 105X60mm of 1.25mm thick for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs. hinges, lock strike plate,etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate in hollow portion of pressed steel door/window frames including compaction and curing complete all as specified and directed.
