Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade for interior painting on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. on interior walls of Plant buildings of STP Zone 2 and Zone 3 complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of requried shade on decorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an evenshade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Removing old paint or polish from wood & wood based surface with paint remover of approvedbrand & Manufacture and making the surface even with:-.paint remover of approved brand and manufacture:

Painting (Two coat)on previousaly painted wood and wood based surface with enamel paint to give &even shade including cleaning of all dirt &dust and other foregin matter sand papering& stopping with an paint other than white.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) of approved make on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brusing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt,dust and other foreign matter complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.With readymixed paint other than white.

Providing and fixing of LED panels of 1.5' x 1.5' with in all leads and lifts.

10 mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete walls for internal plastering up to floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Sand). with in all leads and lifts.

Steel work in single sections including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in R.S. Joists,channels, angles, tees etc. with in all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing and fixing of water tank of 1000 ltrs cap. with all fittings with in all leads and lifts.
