Taking down ceiling fan for repair/replacement of unserviceable items of any make/ model of sweep 1200/1400 mm by removing burnt / heated copper winding from stater and rewinding the stater coils with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size including providing insulation material, varnishing and provision of cotton tape, re-assembling and testing including replacement of spring washer and two core flexible wire of size 23/.0076 with copper conductor of suitable length( appx 1.50m length) from fan terminal to ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1 above but exhaust fan of sweep 300/380mm/400mm/450mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and replacement of unserviceable ball bearings of ceiling fan any sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of unserviceable ball bearings of exhaust fan any sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of gun metal bush for exhaust fan any sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of condenser 2.5/3.15 mfd oil filled type all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of set of blades for ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep duly screwed with spring washers of make as per existing one complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of electronic fan regulator 230 volts suitable for ceiling fan of size 1200mm/1400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour servicing of installed Split/window type Air Conditioner 1.5 Ton/ 2 Ton capacity of any make including taking down from existing location, dismantling front grill, taking out air conditioner, removing all electrical components, cleaning with brush, washing with pressure water, oiling moving parts, reassembling, connecting, refixing in original position and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour recharging R-32/R-410 gas in air conditioner of capacity 1.5 Ton/ 2 Ton including testing for leakage and for satisfactory performance complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of company repaired compressor sealed unit suitable for Air conditioner split type of capacity 1.5 TR in outdoor unit including taking out to old unserviceable compressor and cleaning flushing, vaccumizing the system, soldering/ brazing of suction. discharge and charging line complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of company repaired compressor sealed unit of capacity 1.5 TR unit suitable for Air conditioners window mounted type including taking out to old unserviceable compressor and cleaning, flushing, vaccumizing the system, Re charging of gas in adequate quantity, soldering, brazing of suction, discharge and charging line complete all as specified.

All as per item No. 12 above but capacity of Air Conditioner 2.0 Ton all as specified and directed. Notes for item No. 11 & 12 : (i) Company repaired compressor shall be supported with company's voucher & guarantee card. (ii) Old compressor shall be the property of contractor and rates qouted by the tenderer shall be net i.e. after adjusting the cost of old compressor at rate in credit sch.

Material and labour taking down unserviceable water cooler 40/ 80 litre capacity from any position, removing the burnt sealed unit (compressor) and supply & fixing factory overhauled compressor of same make as per existing duly filled with oil including welding in position and testing on required pressure and Instaling the water cooler at site at its existing position complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour taking down unserviceable water cooler 60/ 120 litre capacity from any position, removing the burnt sealed unit (compressor) and supply & fixing factory overhauled compressor of same make as per existing duly filled with oil including welding in position and testing on required pressure and Instaling the water cooler at site at its existing position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of thermostat switch including knobs, plate and screws suitable for water cooler all as specified and directed.

Supplying and replacement of starting running capacitor suitable for all sizes of water cooler of capacity all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of relay assembly suitable for any capacity water cooler including replacement of cover and clip all as specified and directed.

Material and labour taking down unserviceable refrigerator 310 ltr from any position for repairs, removing unserviceable burnt sealed unit (compressor) any make & any size and supplying and replacing with factory overhauled compressor of same make as per existing one duly charged with gas and compressor oil including welding in position and testing at required pressure and installing in its existing position complete all specified and directed. Notes for item No.35 & 36: (i) Factory repaired compressor shall be supported with company's voucher & guarantee card. Supply & fix in repairs of Fan motor of capacity 1/8 HP,1400 RPM, three speed as per existing shape and size suitable for desert cooler connecting all items and testing complete.

Supply and fix in repairs of water lifting pump, submersible type, 18 Watts, 230 volt, 50 C/S, single phase suitable for desert coolers complete all specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of complete steel body including front grill of desert cooler of capacity 4000 cfm duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel hammer tone paint over one coat of red oxide primer externally and one coat of anti- corrosive paint internally complete all as specified and directed. Body of desert cooler shall be fabricated as under :- (a) Top and bottom shall be made out of 1.25mm thick GI sheet. (b) Side panels shall be made out 1.00 mm thick GI sheet. (c) Front grill of suitable size and of approved quality.

Supply and replacement of pads, suitable for desert coolers of any make capacity etc. all specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairs to 10 KVA single phase UPS of any make with input voltage 135-190 volts and output voltage 200-240 volt by dismantling and taking out burnt main transformer, re-winding the same with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size including varnishing and providing other insulation material and re-fixing the transformer in stabilizer body (all related parts required for repair are include in quoted rates) complete all as specified and directed.
