   The bidder should go through the Tender Documents consisting of Instructions to Tenders, General Tender Conditions and Special Conditions of Tender, and agree and confirm to abide by the Instructions to Tenders, General Tender Conditions, IRS Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Tender.

   The bidder agrees to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by him in accordance with the IRS Conditions of Contract and [or] special Conditions and [or] other Conditions specified/attached with the tender.

   The bidder should confirm/quote for the following points, failing which their offer will be summarily rejected without any back reference. (i). OEM authorization Certificate is to be submitted by the bidder otherwise their offer will be rejected, in case of authorized dealers. (ii). Past performance for supply of same or similar item of the vendor is to be submitted along with offer.
