SITC of indoor, air cooled Microprocessor Based Constant Current Regulators of thyristor controlled electronic type suitable for use on 240 V with +/- 10% variation, 50 Hz input system with output power of 4.0 kW, 5 steps variation of current output (2.8 A, 3.4 A, 4.1 A, 5.2 A, 6.6 A) suitable for local and remote control operation with 24 V / 48 V integral control supply for use in series Airfield Lighting complete with over current, over voltage, earth fault / earth leakage and open circuit protection, provision of output digital ammeter of (0- 10A) range, positive feedback indication system, transformers, relays, contactors, inductors, capacitors and suitable transient suppression/surqe diverters on output etc., as required.

Supply of Omni-directional LED type medium intensity Taxiway edge light fitting consists of LED, lens supporting mechanism , lens clamp mechanism, omni directional blue lens, Driver unit, central column assembly, breakable coupling, 2 pin secondary connecting lead, base plate with 6 nos., M 10 stainless steel bolts with spring and plate washers, Rubber gasket etc. with all other accessories and meeting ICAO requirements as required.

Supply of 5000 volts grade, 50 Hz individual lamps series type isolating transformer encapsulated in poyester resin finally moduled with neoprene rubber as specified and of following rating. A) 15W 6.6/6.6 A

Supply of CI transformer housing box round shape of outside dia 330mm Height 450mm , 10mm thick all round except on top surface which is 15mm thick having a clear opening of 220mm at the top surface and 6 nos. M10 tapped holes at the hole centre of 260mm to receive light fittings base plate and bolts, underground housing associated with transformer power cable. The box shall have a clear hole one / two on surface, centre at 75mm above bottom surface and suitable to receive 40mm/50mm dia "B" class GI pipe and check nuts. The box shall have two earth bolts of M 10x30mm welded inside near the hole (100mm away from the hold centre) and a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 1/2" dia, "B" class GI pipe as per drawing as approved by EIC as required.

Supply of bi-directional inset type high intensity runway edge light fitting for runway edge lightings as per ICAO aviation visual aids requirements complete with shallow base and matching body of the fitting, inner body and outer cover made of dia cast aluminium complete with 2 x 105 Watts, 6.6 amps pre-focused reflector halogen lamp with connected heat resistant accessories, prism assesembly, optical assembly, 'O' ring seal, pressure relief test plug, clear lenses and all standard hardware and accessories ready for site installation , and meeting ICAO/FAA specifications etc complete as required.

Supply of 5KV grade stranded copper conductor unarmoured PVC insulated and PVC sheathed single core Air Field Lighting cable of 1 x 6 Sqmm conforming to IS:1554 Part-II, 1988 amended upto date (nominal thickness of outer sheath shall be 2.00 mm while minimum should not be less than 1.40 mm).

Supply of 5 kV grade plug and receptacle of class 'B' connector suitable for field attachment with 5KV grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core 6 sqmm copper conductor cable conforming to the relevant IS specification etc. complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed AFL cable of 5 KV grade of size 1 x 6 sqmm unarmoured in the existing RCC/HUME/STONEWARE/METAL/HDPE pipe as required.

Supply of 4 x 25 Sq.mm XLPE insulated PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1KV grade confirming to IS 7098 (PART-I) with upto date amendments as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Upto 35 Sq.mm (clamped with 1mm Thick Saddle)

Laying of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL Pipe/HDPE Pipe as required. Upto 35 Sq.mm

Laying of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. Upto 35 Sq.mm

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4 X 25 SQ.MM

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of LED Taxiway Edge fittings on the existing CI box, installation of new 15W isolating transformer, providing required number of 3/8" X 1"size cadmium plated bolts with spring washers, providing water proof HT tapes on the connections etc. as required.

Supplying and laying of 40 mm OD HDPE Pipe of PE 80 PN 6 ISI Marked along with all accessories like socket, bend etc., confirming to IS 4984 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc., direct in ground (0.75 mtr below the ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., as required.

Providing and laying 40 mm dia "B" class GI Pipe in the existing excavated trench complete including cutting and alignment of pipe with transformer housing box as required.

Installation of Transformer Housing Box with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150mm thick top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concret including excavation of existing Bituminous Road / pavement/shoulder of the runway, disposal of material within 50 mtrs lead, providing and fixing 300mm long 1/2" dia "B" class GI pipe with check nut for drainage of water including excavation of side shoulder and refilling. The boxes are aligned in such a way that the hole centres fall in straight line etc., complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheatehd / XLPE power cable of grade exceeding 1.1 KV but not exceeding 5 KV, of size not exceeding 25 sq.mm. In the existing masonary open duct as required.

Making field connections by crimping 6/16.sq.mm plug and receptacle with the existing 6 /16sq.mmsingle core PVC copper conductor PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable including filling with gap with water sealer material supplying HT insulation tape, over which PVC tape etc. required.

Excavation of trenches for cable/pipe laying in soft soil by mechanical/manual means with suitable width (up to 35 cm) and depth (up to 75 cm) including dressing of sides lift up to 1.5m , getting out the excavated soil, refilling available earth after laying cable/ pipe etc in layers of 20 com, ramming , watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 meters. (Excavation Volume will be worked out as per actual depth of Soil excavation)

Excavation of trenches for cable/pipe laying in laterite rock by mechanical/manual means with suitable width and depth (35cm width and 75 cm in depth), including dressing of sides, lift upto 1.5 m, getting out the excavated soil, refilling available earth after laying of cable/ pipe etc in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Supply of Guidance sign boards having various sizes( As per ICAO Standard) with central split type opening for easy maintenance made of reinforced 2 mm thick anodized aluminium profile with suitable support.The rear panel shall be made of 1.2mm signage sheet shall be 4mm thick ,long life imported poly carbonate non-specular surface with letters and symbols made out from 3M film pasted from inside with required coloring for mandatory/informatory guidance sign. The boards shall be internally illuminated with LED lamp and all other accessories including converter/ballast to be operated on 2.8A to 6.6Amps, AC constant current series system but excluding isolating transformer. Board shall have secondray leads proteacted with PVC flexible pipe including nut bolt, frangible mounting legs. Board shall have necessary waterproof protection and shall be equivalent to ICAO latest amendment complaint in all respects as required. ( Actual legend shall be got approved by EIC at the time of execution )

Earthing with G.l. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Providing and laying of 50mm dia GI pipe (Medium class) in ground complete with G.I.fittings including trenching (75cm deep) including excavation and refilling etc as required.
