Following detailed Supply & Work of construction of 220 KV Pilipokhar(Agra)-IOCL (Mathura) at Pilipokhar on Zebra Conductor is to be done using Multi Circuit Towers as per survey.
Supply of Materials:-
Towers:
Fabrication Galvanizing and Supply of Narrow base 220 KV Multi Circuit Tower Structures including Stubs, Extension and Stub - Setting Templates as per Drawings & BOM (The Tower Material includes Galvanized High Tensile & Mild Steel Parts) :
Hot Dip Galvanized, Hexagon, Round Hexagon Head Transmission Tower Bolts with suitable Nuts & Washers for above Structures as per BOM.
Phase Plate in Sets of both sides enamelled Red, Yellow & Blue colour Circular Discs of dia. 100 mm duly made of 16 SWG M.S. Sheet with provision of 1 No. hole for fixing alongwith 16 mm x 40 mm Bolt - Nut-washer as per technical specification and drawing/sample.
Danger Plate in size of 380 mm X 250 mm duly made of 16 SWG M.S. Sheet written "DANGER" in English latter of size 35 mm height, " [krjk " in Hindi letter of size 45 mm height, "220000 Volt" in English letter of size 30 mm height and indicating 'Sign of Danger' in size of 70 mm X 80 mm all shown symmetrically in enamelled Red colour on White colour enamelled background and with provision of 2 No. holes for fixing alongwith 16 mm X 40 mm Bolts - Nuts - Washers as per technical specification and drawing / sample.

Check Survey & Peg Marking of Section Towers.
Excavation of Foundation for Special Narrow base 220 KV Multi Circuit Towers after necessary approval of type of Foundation.
Stub Setting for Special Narrow base 220 KV Multi Circuit Towers.
Cement Concrete with Cement, Coarse Sand and 40 mm Stone aggregate in ratio of 1:3:6 in Foundations Pad and under Floor as per technical specifications and drawing.
Concreting of Foundations using Cement - Concrete Mixture in the Ratio of 1:2:4 with 20 mm Stone Metals for Chimney & 40 mm Stone Metals for Pyramid /Slab Portion including cost of materials, Dewatering, Shoring, Shuttering, Forming, Curing etc. for Multi Circuit Towers.
Reinforcement Steel for Foundation of Multi Circuit/Double Circuit Towers.
Erection of Special Narrow base 220 KV Multi Circuit Towers as per drawing including fixing of Danger Plates, Number Plates & Phase Plates etc. including necessary shifting of Tower Parts from Store to Site and sorting etc.
Stringing of ACSR "Zebra" Conductor in all Phases of both Circuits (9 Phases) including Laying, Stringing, Tensioning, Clamping etc. of Conductors with associated insulators alongwith necessary Shifting of all materials i.e. Conductors, insulators, Tension fittings, Suspension Fittings, Vibration Dampers from Store to Line Site & from Section Tower to Section Tower and Jumpering between Section Towers.
Stringing of 48 Fiber OPGW by Shifting from Store to Line site and from Section Tower to Section Tower; Laying, Stringing, Tensioning, Clamping of OPGW with Tower using associated Fittings, Vibration Dampers etc. between Section Towers.
Splicing, Termination & Connection of OPGW in Joint Boxes at both Ends as per exisiting scheme including installation of 02 No. Joint Boxes (as necessary) to be provided by the Deparment.
Tack Welding of Bolts & Nuts upto 2nd Section.
Pipe Earthing of Towers including cost of Pipe type Earthing materials.
Dismantling of old Section of the Line & other associated works:
Anchoring by providing of Stay on Cross Arms of Section Tower at Loc. No. 8 before removal of old Conductors including suitable fixing of Stay Rod by making C.C. Foundation and removal thereof after Stringing of new Conductors (1 Job per Cross Arm).
Dismantling of ACSR 'Zebra' Conductor including de-hoisting of all the 3 Phases between Section Loc. No. 1&6 of S/C Agra-Gokul Line
Dismantliing of Earthwire including de-hoisting of earthwire between Section Loc. No 1&6 and gantry of 220 KV Agra-Gokul line.
Safe Dismantling of tension towers
Transportation of Conductor Drums, insulatators, Hardware Fittings etc. Line at different Transmission Sub Stations in Lucknow (within 90 Km distance) as per requirement at site and returning back of remaining material & dismantled Towers, conductors, insulators etc. (1 Job for each site) including proper placement and stacking of material at the substaton.
Destringing of all 3 phase of 01 circuit of 01 no span between D/C tower and D/C tower or D/C tower and gantry zebra conductor between tower and gantry
Stringing of all 3 phase conductor of 01 circuit 1 no span of between D/C tower to D/C Tower M/C tower to gantry or M/C tower to D/C tower
Jumpring of the all three phase of line terminated on the gantry on bay equipments.
