M &L for overhauling/Servicing/preventive maintenence of 33 KV VCB, 400 Amp indoor door type of cleaning isolating contacts ,moving parts removing dust particles from bus bar chamber spout gear mechanism and moving parts,repair to motor charge spring mechanism including greasing of the moving parts,cleaning of the moving/Stationary contact with CTC,Removing of moisture by means of hot air blower,renewal of gaskets,nuts/bolts etc entire trolly components and replacement of all unserviceable spares as required at site and inserting in trolley,testing commissioning and putting on the supply on load complete and as per under mention scope complete all as specified and directed at site. (i) Examination of auxiliary switches, indicating devices and interlocks to ensure that they are in good order physically. (ii) Check fixed and moving contacts. (iii) Physical checking of Epoxy Housing (iv) Check close & trip coil (v) Checking of control circuit & tighten the connection if any. (vi) Test shall be carried out closing & opening timing test for all three poles (vii) Test shall be carried out IR test with megger- using 5 Kv Meggar (viii) Test shall be carried out contact resistance Kit for all three poles (ix) Caliberation & testing of relay for closing, tripping with necessary current setting as required at site.

(ii) Cost of spares will be measured and paid separately under relevantsupply only items. (iii)The job included all types tools & plants required for satisfactory completion of job.

Supply and fix for replacement of shunt trip coil - 24v/30v DC suitable for 33 KV VCB 400 Amps as per existing make and model complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix for replacement of closing coil - 24V DC suitable for 11 KV VCB 400/630/800 Amps as per existing make and model complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix for replacement of shunt trip coil - 24v/30v DC suitable for 11 KV VCB 400/630/800 Amps as per existing make and model complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix for replacement of charging Pawl set suitable for 11 KV VCB 400/630/800 Amps as per existing make and model complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix for replacement of Buffer for Spring suitable for 11 KV VCB 400/630/800 Amps as per existing make and model complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in replacement Epoxy cast CT rating 200-100-50/5+5 Amp, 15 VA , Class 1.0, 5P10 of mould type suitable for 11 KV VCB 630/800 Amps as per existing make and model complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in replacement Vaccum bottle interrupter as per exissting make and model complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in replacement of charging motor suitable for 11 KV VCB 630/800 Amps as per existing make and model complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in replacement spout for busbar circuit of panel suitable for 11 KV VCB 630/800 Amps as per existing make and model complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for servicing and renewal/replacement of oil type transformer 3.15 MVA 33/11 KV out door type of any make by disconnecting of HT bus bar connection,opening of doors etc complete cleaning of the inside compartment ,core and coils by vacuum cleaner including lead supports,tap changer terminal boards,bushing and other insulated surface be wiped clean with dry cloth and all connections must be checked for tightening after cleaning up to the satisfaction of Engr-in- Charge the transformer must be meggred and connecting all connection and necessary testing complete with under mentioned scope of work. (i) Cleaning of transformer. (ii) Testing the transformer for IR values (iii) Checking/servicing/calibration of WTI for healthiness (iv) Magnetic balance test (v) IR Value check before and after the work (vi) Voltage ratio test at 440 V. (vii) DC logic test (viii) Commissioning of transformer after completion of work. Note :- (i) Test results obtained shall be recorded and produced to the Engr-in- Charge. (ii) All measuring equipments and T&P required shall be arranged by the contractor. (iii) Any item/activity not listed/covered here above and required during/completing the overhauling work will have to be arranged by contractor himself without any extra cost. (iv) The rate quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to include for disconnection of transformer HV/LV terminations for testing work and re-connections after completion of repair work

M&L for servicing of oil type transformer capacity 25 KVA to 250 KVA 11/.433 kV Indoor/out door type of any make by disconnecting of HT bus bar connection and providing electric power to user by alternative arrangement, opening of doors etc complete cleaning of the inside compartment,core and coils by vacuum cleaner incl lead supports,tap changer terminal boards,bushing and other insulated surface be wiped clean with dry cloth and all connections must be checked for tightening after cleaning up to the satisfaction of Engr-in- Charge the transformer must be meggred and connecting all connection and necessary testing complete with under mentioned scope of work. defective part measured and paid under respective item howver fixing charges included. M & L for HT bushing of transformer including metal and rubber parts and replacing with new bushes complete with new metal and rubber parts of any size and shape required for transformer from 25kVA to 250 kVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per srl item No 16 above, but for capacity above 250 to 630 kVA

M & L for LT bushing of transformer including metal and rubber parts and replacing with new bushes complete with new metal and rubber parts of any size and shape required for transformer from 25kVA to 250 kVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per srl item No 18 above,but for capacity above 250 to 630 kVA.

Supply and Fix for the repair of transformer off load tap changer switch of existing model / type of transformer of capacity 25 to 630 kVA complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for dehydration/centrifuging of transformer oil minimum 3 cycles to achieve dielectric strength 50 kV in 2.5 mm gap electrode with centrifuging machine at site and testing of transformer oil before and after de- hydration complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for topping up/replacement of transformer chamber and conservator with new transformer oil upto a required level ( 60 KV di-electric strength in 2.5 mm gap electrode to with stand for one minute) in any type and capacity of transformer complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for high voltage coil of transformer including double paper insulated conductor of existing gauge and all insulating material,varnished etc complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for low voltage coil of transformer including double paper insulated conductor of existing gauge and all insulating material,varnished etc .Matting with vaccum impregnation and baking of coil suitable for 250 KVA transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair and replacement of silica gel complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F in repair and replacement of top cover gasket of transformer suitable for any type/make/capacity upto 630 KVA(made up of cork sheet 5 mm thick) complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down defective transformer upto 630 KVA capacity from pole/structure/sub station after disconnecting the existing connection complete and removing to sub station through transport own arrangement by the contractor to a authorised/ reputed work shop for repairs and same shall be installed and connection of LT and HT to the transformer (including loading and unloading) after repaired , complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down defective transformer 3.15 MVA capacity from sub station after disconnecting the existing connection complete and removing to sub station tthrough transport own arrangement by the contractor to a authorised/ reputed work shop for repairs and same shall be installed and connection of LT and HT to the transformer (including loading and unloading) after repaired , complete all as specified and as directed .

Attending any breakdown immiediately of 3.15 MVA power transformer by OEM service engineer to check and repair /replacement to the any spares parts related break down and make the power transformer serviceable complete all as specified and directed . Note :-(i) Spares will be paid separately under relevant items. (ii) Checking of all electrical connection for its proper tightness. (iii) Proper care shall be taken to isolate the supply and it shall be ensured that repairs are carried out on No LIVE switch gears. (iv) Each switch gear/Load break switch/breaker shall be counted as a separate unit for the purpose of measurement.

Attending any breakdown immiediately of 25 kVA to 250 kVA transformer by OEM service engineer to check and repair /replace any spares related break down and make the power transformer serviceable complete all as specified and directed at site. Note : (i) Spares will be paid separately under relative items. (ii) Checking of all electrical connection for its proper tightness. (iii) Proper care shall be taken to isolate the supply and it shall be ensured that repairs are carried out on No LIVE switch gears. (iv) Each switch gear/Load break switch/breaker shall be counted as a separate unit for the purpose of measurement.

Description all as per srl item No 30 above,but for capacity above 250 to 630 kVA

Dismantling /taking down old unserviceable 33/11 KV Air break gang operated switches vertical/horigontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for insulators and operating mechanism for repair/replacement of broken/worn out components and insulators etc complete all as specified and directed .

S&F for air break switch (GOD) vertical/horizontal, double break type triple pole mechanically operated mounted on double insulartors and steel frame with operating mechanism linked with ground level operating GI rod 25mm dia medium grade. GOD suitable for current rating upto 400 amps and suitable for HT 11 KV including connecting complete with locking arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for connect lightening arrestor non linear pole type MCOV 33 KV, normal discharge capacity 65 KA and impulse current with all fittings suitable for 33 KV electric working pressure including strap bolts and nuts and washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for lightening arrestor non linear, pole type MCOV 11 KV discharge capacity 65 KA, with all fittings suitable for 11 KV electric working pressure including strap, bolts, nuts and washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and repairing/overhauling of air break gang operated switch with DO fuse unit 11 KV/ 33 KV rating 200 Amp/400 Amp capacity triple pole mechanically operated mounted on insulators and steel frame installed vertically / horizontally , replacement of broken/worn-out components, oiling and greasing of mechanical moving parts, smoothing and polishing of electric contacts with providing conducting jelly of contacts refixed the same after repair including proper allienment complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Worn out component/ insulators / ASCR shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule.)

Supply only Female contact or fixed contact heavy duty and high conductive metal etc capacity 200A/400 Amp, 11 KV rated complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply fixing and fabricating tray holding cross arms FI clamps support U clamps strips and back plates fabrication from structural steel section incl nut bolts washer bars etc of required size and thickness for supporting of cable tray by welding incl bending or welding cold or hot,drilling holes for bolt in any shape or size indicated and one finishing coat of black paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

(ii) Earth resistance of earth pit should be not more than 02 Ohms on testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost. (iii) Rate quoted by the tenderer is deemed to included salt & Charcoal upto & above 450 mm top of GI Plate. iv) Megger required for testing will be be provided at site by the contractor. v) Contractor shall submit earth resistance testing report before submission of RAR.

S&F in repair and replacement GI earth strip (25x4) mm strip with and including necessary clamps, nut bolts laid in ground complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair and replacement aluminium strip (25x3) mm with and including necessary clamps nut bolts complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Strip will be fixed on porcelain insulators with vertical insulators.

Dismantling of ACSR conductor from HT OH lines any size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for ACSR conductor,steel reinforced any size for HT over head lines incl stringing land fixing on pole and binding etc complete all as specified and directed at site.Note : Size of conductor will be as per site requirement as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-55 ( 11.00 Meters long) complete with cast iron base plate,finial taper plug,bolts,nuts & screws including necessary excavation ,earth work and PCC work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of HT poles up to 11 mtr long including channels with two coats aluminium paint with base paint strips and pole numbering with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Spray Painting of Transformer of capacity 3.15 MVA , 33/11 kV outdoor type applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after cleaning, scraping, and filling of cavities etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of 4 pole structure of any type/size/length and removing from existing pole using by wire brush and emary paper and cleaning with chemical agents of steel tubular pole and GI brackets and cross arms and applying two coats of silver oil paint over a coat of red oxide primer. painting work shall carryout at any height and marking of pole number complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Tools and safety equipments shall be own arrangement by the contractor .

M&L for painting of 2 pole structure of any type/size/length and removing from existing pole painting by using wire brush and using with emary paper and cleaning with chemical agents after cleaning of steel tubular pole and GI brackets and cross arms and applying two coats of silver oil paint over a coat of red oxide primer. painting work shall carryout at any height and marking of pole number complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Tools and safety equipments shall be own arrangement by the contractor .

M&L for painting of transformer / 4 pole/ 2 pole structure fencing of any type/size/length and removing from existing pole painting by using wire brush and using with emary paper and cleaning with chemical agents and applying two coats of silver oil paint over a coat of red oxide primer. painting work shall carryout at any height and marking of pole number complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Tools and safety equipments shall be own arrangement by the contractor .

M&L for GI stay assembly set comprising of 20 mm dia 380 mm iron stay bow 1800 mm long stay rod 20 mm dia 300x300x6mm stay plate thimble GI stay wire 7/8 SWG of required length ,incl,loop insulator,earth work and PCC complete withh all accessories as shown in electrical plate No.1 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface 6 pole steel structure in switch yard above GL/coping including cross arms channels,flat iron clamps in HT OH line by scrap-ping with wire brush and applying one coats of aluminium paint with black, white strips upto 4 feet height from ground complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down or up UG HT Cable including cable cover laid in trenches/ cable duct or connection to HT panel /GOD and removing from site and transporting to store for safe custody for reuse or for issue under Sch of Credit , including patrolling the complete length and inspecting for any punctures,blow holes,damages and meggering all the cables ,removing the damaged portion complete all as specified and directed.

Re-fixing/ Re-laying the HT cable obtainedfrom item No. 62 any capacity any size complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for XLPE insulated ,screened ,PVC bedded,galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor,11000 volts(Earthed),grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for XLPE insulated ,screened ,PVC bedded,galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor,11000 volts(Earthed),grade cross sectional area 120 sqmm. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exec 1.5 mtr in deep for foundation etc.or for shafts,wells,cesspits,mainholes,pierholes etc.in any type of soil for foundation and getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for river washed and screened ,dry sand for filling in trenches/sub stations below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc complete all as specified and directed .

Returning filling including leveling,watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting level.complete all as specified and directed .

Removing the excavated materials not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting level.complete all as specified and directed .

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast cement concrete cable covers, Class HV, Type- 1, Flat, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm in trenches for cable protection, embossed with "HT ELECTRIC" on the top surface complete all as specified and directed .

Re-fixing the HT cable cover obtained from srl item No. 62 any capacity any size complete all as specified and directed .

Equipment and Electrician for fault finding on 11 KV HT cables in trenches of any size and any length with fault detective(fault finding) machine by thumbing method and injection suitable high voltage proper fault finding equipment and all as manufactures instructions and including necessary excavation, returning filling, removing surplus soil,sand, existing bricks etc where find the cable faulty complete all as specified and directed . Note : (i) Necessary earth work and making good of damages etc. shall be inclussive in the quoted rate. (ii) Spares part shall be paid separately under respective items.

M&L for trenchless boring under road crossing/foot paths etc complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and laying in repair and replacement of GI pipe 80 mm bore,Light grade (for cable protection ) ISI marked all as directed by the Engr-in- Charge.

Supply and laying in repair and replacement of GI pipe 100 mm bore,Light grade (for cable protection ) ISI marked complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 40mm, deposited ,spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 40mm shall executed near base of electric poles, LT/HT panels, 02 and 04 pole structures etc.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete PCC 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) nominal mix, type B-1 as in coping, bed plates etc. including necessary form work,finishing the surfaces even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Providing tools and labour for cutting of tree branches including cutting of trunk branches and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unsv materials to a distance not exc 50 mtr and clearing site complete all as specified and directed . Note : up to 50 mtr length to be measured as one span Note:- (i) Safety measures will be provided by contractor. (ii) During cutting the tree /branches/vegitation any damages occured on OH lines/installation will be fully responsibility to the contractor to making good the own arrangement .No extra cost shall be paid on this account. (iii) Approximately distance covered both side for the HT lines/installatons not exc 100 mtr measured as a one Job only.

Material and Labour for cleaning the vegitation ,grass,bushes etc inside and out side the installation and surface excavation in all repect to the premises in the installation, maintain the area clean ,panel room,verandah ,labour rest room,toilets etc and allied works. Note:- (a) Neccessary tools shall be made arranged by the Tenderer, like cutting,digging,cleaning cane brooms with bamboo handle etc . (b) The Rates are inclussive all required items and no extra cost will be paid. to the contractor on this account
