Providing and placing in position Plain Cement Concrete1:3:6 using broken hard granite coarse aggregate size of 40mm and down graded in Plinth protection, fencing piller, DG set, Police Guard room and sentry post foundations including placing in layers and vibrating, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts, labour etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer and complying with standard specifications.

Providing and placing in position Plain Cement Concrete1:2:4 using broken hard granite coarse aggregate size of 20mm and down graded Plinth protection, fencing piller, DG set, Police Guard room and sentry post foundations including placing in layers and vibrating, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts, labour etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer and complying with standard specifications.

Providing and placing in position Reinforced Cement Concrete M20 grade using broken hard granite coarse aggregate size of 20mm and down graded to I.S Specified in DG set, Police Guard room and sentry post including placing in layers and vibrating, curing, finishing the surface, shuttering charges with all leads and lifts, labour etc., complete excluding cost of steel reinforcement as per the direction of the Engineer and complying with standard specifications.

Providing one course of Pressed tiles of size 23x23x2 cm as weathering course set in cm 1:3, 20mm thick mixed in crude oil 10% by weight and pointed with same at mortar over a bed of brick jelly concrete in lime 80mm thick on the DG set, Police Guard room and sentry post including cost of all meterials leads,lifts,labour etc, complete complying with standard specification and as directed by engineer incharge of work.

Providing Random Rubble Masonry in CM 1:5 (one cement,five sand,by volume)using machine mix for new hard granite stones including bond stones wherever found necessary in DG set, Police Guard room and sentry post and curing cost and conveyance of all meterials labour etc.,compelet complying with standard specification and as directed by engineer incharge of work.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of RTS rods of required size for all reinforced cement concrete works in DG set, Police Guard room and sentry post including cost of binding wire, steel rods, conveyance charges, cutting, bending, tying with all lead, lift and labour charges etc., complete, complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer at site.

Flush pointing in CM 1:3 on the RR masonry joints in DG set, Police Guard room and sentry post including cost of all materials with all leads, lifts, labour and curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by engineer incharge of work.

White washing with two coats of white cement of approved quality for inner walls and celling in DG set, Police Guard room and sentry post including cost of all materials, leads, lifts,labour etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by engineer incharge of work.

Inside colour washing with two coats of Acrylic Emulsion over a coat of primer after through scrapping and over two coat of water base putty in DG set, Police Guard room and sentry post including cost of all materials, leads, lifts,labour etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by engineer incharge of work.

Colour washing using exterior and interior emulsion two coats over one coat of Primer to the outer side of the dam & building structrures of DG set, Police Guard room and sentry post including cost of all materials, labour. Supplying and fixing in position of steel door of size 900x2100mm with single leaf shutter partly of MS plain sheet of 18 gauge thick and partly with weld mesh of size 7.5x2.5cm 10 Gauge with 35x35x5mm ISA for outer frame and 25x25x5mm ISA for shutter frame and bracing with 20x5mm MS Flat and providing all accessories including cost of all materials, lead, litfs,labour etc., complete as per specification drawing and as directed by engineer incharge of work.

Supplying and fixing in position of steel window of size 1200x1200mm with MS square bars fully covered with weld mesh grill of size 7.5x2.5cm 10 Gauge with 35x35x5mm ISA for outer frame and 25x25x5mm ISA for shutter frame and bracing with 20x5mm MS Flat with shutters of MS plain sheet of 18 gauge thick and providing all accessories including cost of all materials, lead, litfs,labour etc., complete as per specification drawing and as directed by engineer incharge of work.

Supplying and fixing in position of steel ventilator of size 1000x300mm with MS square bars fully covered with weld mesh grill of size 7.5x2.5cm 10 Gauge with 35x35x5mm ISA for outer frame and 25x25x5mm ISA for shutter frame and bracing with 20x5mm MS Flat with of glass 4mm thick leaves and providing all accessories including cost of all materials, lead, litfs,labour etc., complete as per specification drawing and as directed by engineer incharge of work.

Supplying and fixing in position of Steel Rolling shutter of size 2.50x3.50M including top MS shaft with necessary fittings and fixing of suitable capacity of motor with switch including painting two coats over one coat of primar, including cost of all materials, lead, litfs,labour etc., complete as per specification as directed by engineer incharge of work.

Supply and erection of 7.5 HP Submergible pump with all accessories to draw water upto 50m head and 200 m lateral delivery and testing commisioning including cost of all materials, lead, litfs,labour etc., complete for drinking water as per specification and as directed by engineer incharge of work.

Supplying and fixing Indian water closet of size 530x410mm Parry Ware make or Equivalent of approved quality and colour with ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap conforming to IS 2556-Part XII with 10 lit capacity PVC low level Cistern tank, packing the joints of the closet with the traps with asbestos rope using cement mixed with approved water proof compound, laying the closet over sand cushion and forming flooring around the closet using 40mm broken jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One part of Lime, two part of sand and five part of brick jelly) of 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope, connecting to soil pipes by dismantling the brick masonry/RCC slab making good the disturbed portion to original condition and finished water tight without leakage complying with standard specification as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, Transporting, all labour, lead, lift, , T&P etc., complete.

Drilling of vertical drainage shaft for Galllery with "NX" Dimond Bit (75mm dia) from floor level of gallery to necessary depth beyond the foundation rock including cost of all materrials, Labour Charges, Hire Charges for machineries, pump set with electification arrangements, transportation etc,. as per drawing complying with standard specification and as directed by engineer incharge of work.(0 to 10m)

Reaming the existing vertical drainage shaft of 230mm dia to the entire depth by rotary drilling from top of dam to the drainage gallery level, inclusive of all machineries, equipments, consumables, other materials required for the work, labour charges for operation, cleaing the drilled holes, transport charges for machinery and shifting them to different location etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Reaming the chocked foundation shafts inside the gallery by using special type low hight drilling machine including cost of all materials, transporting charges, lighting and water supply arrangements, etc., complete as directed by Engineer at site.

Water washing with high pressure for removal of lime leaching and fungus formation with sterpure 100 solution in the D/S face of Dam under hanging condition as per specification including cost of all materials, labour charges, T&Ps required for the work scaffolding, etc., complete Wherever required as per instruction of Engineer in-charge at site.

Providing screed concrete PCC 1:2:4 using 6mm HBG metal for Dam top including cost of all materials,cleaning the surface including all labour, leads, lift ,etc., complete.

Plastering with CM 1:3, 12 mm thick on the Dam steps, drains on both flanks including cost of materials, labour, lead,lift, curing, etc complete.

Plastering with CM 1:3, 20mm thick for steps on both flanks of the Dam including cost of all materials, lead, lift,labour etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by engineer incharge of work.

Flush pointing in CM 1:3 on the pitching stone masonry joints in on the both flanks of Dam including cost of all materials, leads, lifts etc., complete.

Colour washing using exterior and interior emulsion two coats over one coat of primer to the outer side of the dam parapet, spillway piers, road side parapet including cost of all materials, labours,T & P etc.,complete.

Supplying and fixing of 25 mm dia of solid chain link/ rope for decarative on the parapet of Dam top portion with sagging including cost of all materials lead,lift, aligning and cliping in position, labour charges, coating charges etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of 75mm dia PVC pipe of working pressure 4Kg/Cm2 for wheep hole for earth protection wall including cutting, cost of all materials, leads lifts etc., complete.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of new 48 watts, 230 V, LED street light outdoor fitting of Phillips / Crompton / Havells or equivalent make with ISI standard, 15' street light pole fabricated from 3" MS class B pipe for bottom 2/3 length and 2' MS class B pipe for top 1/3 length and welded with 300x300x6 mm MS base plate with four nos hole to suit 16 mm bolt, rib, supporting pipe 0.3 mtr length, outdoor terminal box of size 250x200x150 mm made of 16 SWG CRCA sheet with powder coated siemens gray painting with terminal blocks of adequate capacity and adequate gland holes at bottom , connecting the street light fitting to the terminal box with 3c x 2.5 sqmm flexible copper cable , earthing of the street light pole and coping concreting of the pole at the dam top to the satisfaction of Engineer at site including the cost of materials, labour, lead, lift etc complete and less the cost of retrived materials.
