| 1 | M&L for pouring of elastomeric compound on runway/dispersal/raxi track etc all as per the following specifications, complete all as specified & directed:-
(a) Cutting/Chipping of existing cracked concrete/Bituminous surface not less than 100mm wide and 40mm deep with concrete cutter in proper alignment, removing all loose concrete/dust etc by air blower and carefully cleaning the surface to receive new material.
(b) Appliying primer to old surfaces using pump sprayer or brush covering all the area as directed.make of primer RDL 942 or equivalent. The primer shall be allowed to dry before pouring the elastomeric compound.
(c) Pouring of elastomeric compound mixed with all ingradient and pouring the mix in the affected area trowelled to acheive grooved or textured finish including all necessary forwork all as directed and specified.
Note : (i) The rate shall be inclusive of providing masking tape at joints and formwork required if any at spalled joints edges.
(ii) The quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of making good to disturbed joint filling around the area where material is applied.

| 2 | M&L for cutting existing loose patches/spalled edges/widening of existing cracks of concrete pavement in geometrical shapes to average depth of 20 to 25mm using diamond cutters operated with generator sets,cleaning the surface with air compressors and all as specified and directed. | 25 | Sqm | - | - |
| 3 | M&L for applying Epoxy mortar with following specification up to depth of 20 to 25mm & including primer @ 0.45Kg/Sqm.
Mixing ratio or ingradients of Epoxy Mortar:-
1. Araldite 250-100 parts by weight (Rasine).
2. Araldite 140-50 parts by weight (Hardner)
3. Quartz sand 10 No - 500 Parts.
Note : (i) The rate shall be inclusive of providing masking tape at joints and formwork required if any at spalled joints edges
