Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of ceiling-suspended cassette type fixed-speed (non-inverter technology)/variable speed (inverter technology) air-conditioning unit of following rating suitable for 48 degree celsius ambient temperature as per technical data sheet and detailed specifications attached including cordless remote, indoor unit suspenders, metal dash fasteners, top/MCB for indoor a.c. unit & all other items up-to 5mtr length such as 4x4sq.mm. copper conductor XLPE armoured power cable of 1100V grade, copper conductor control cable of suitable size, 1.2mm thick soft-annealed or hard drawn copper refrigerant pipes for suction & discharge i/c pipe-accessories, bending, cutting, jointing/brazing along with providing 19mm thick Class-0 tubular sleeves sections XPLE/closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber insulation, medium class uPVC drain pipe of suitable size as per recommendation of manufacturer (but not less than 20mm NB) & drain pipe insulation, all accessories, nitrogen pressure testing, vacuumizing & charging with suitable refrigerant etc. complete as required. The cassette air-conditioner unit should have 4 way flow/ all round flow type indoor unit equipped with synthetic washable media pre-filter, fan-section with low noise fan/ dynamically balanced blower, outdoor unit, copper coil for condenser and evaporator, rotary/scroll compressor, electronic expansion valve, single phase protection & reverse phase protection for three phase units, drain pump, grill, necessary supports, vibration isolation mountings and suitable for operation on 230V+/- 10%, 50Hz single phase a.c. supply or 400V +/-10%, 50Hz three phase a.c. supply. The items includes lifting and shifting the unit at upper floors where the units are to be installed, minor civil works such as making openings in wall/slab for refrigerant pipes, drain pipes, cables and making good the same. Additional quantity of refrigerant, if required, as per manufacturer recommendation beyond certain length of refrigerant piping is also included in the item. Warranty shall be 1 year for the complete machine and 5 year for compressor. a) 2TR for cooling

Supplying, laying, fixing, testing & commissioning of following size of PVC insulated XLPE Copper conductor armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade on existing surface i/c end-termination with suitable size brass compression gland and copper lugs and making connections etc. complete as required: a) 4x4sq.mm.

b) 4x1.5sq.mm.

Supplying 1.2mm thick soft-annealed/hard drawn copper refrigerant pipes for suction & discharge (both) of suitable dia as per recommendation of cassette ac unit manufacturer i/c pipe-accessories for following rating cassette a.c. units, laying & fixing on existing surface/cable tray, bending, cutting, jointing/brazing along with providing 19mm thick Class-0 tubular sleeves sections XPLE/closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber insulation including supports etc. complete as required. a) 2TR cassette a.c.

Supplying Medium class uPVC drain pipe along with all accessories such as tee, reducer, elbow, coupler, union etc. of following nominal sizes for drain of condensate water from indoor unit of cassette a.c. including providing 19mm thick Class-0 tubular sleeves sections XPLE/closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber insulation, laying and fixing on wall / suspending from ceiling with suitable supports i/c cutting, jointing with suitable adhesive, providing and fixing supports/suspenders etc. complete as required. a) 20mm (NB)
