Taking down electric water heater/ geysers of capacity 25 ltrs from its mounting place for repair and deposit to MES complaint cell and re-fixing the same after repair and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (NOTE : The spare parts/items required for repair will be measured and paid seperately).

All as per item No.1 here-in-before but geyser of capacity 35 ltrs.

S&F in replacement of heating element of 1.5 KW rating double tube type with cup type of circular/triangle shape including rubber washers suitable to fit in the existing geyser without any water leakage complete.

S&F in replacement of heating element of 2 KW rating double tube type with cup type of circular /triangle shape including rubber washers suitable to fit in the existing geyser without any water leakage complete.

S&F in replacement of complete set of round shape element holding assembly attached with heating element and thermostate made out of brass of capacity 2 KW rating 230V, 50 Hz, including rubber washers suitable to fit in the existing geyser without any water leakage complete.

S&F in replacement of the heat proof rubber PVC gasket suitable for the different make of 25 litres capacity geysers as per site requirement complete.

S&F in replacement of MCB 16-32 Amp, SP, 240V, AC, 10 KA capacity .

M&L for painting of geyser of capacity 25 & 50 ltrs complete at site or in store with one coat super synthetic enamel paint white by spray machine including filling cavities with filler after cleaning all dust etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of geysers (BAJAJ) heating element of 2 KW rating double tube type with cup type of circular /triangle shape including rubber washers suitable to fit in the existing geyser without any water leakage complete.

S&F in repalcement of stop cock, cast copper alloy, fancy type, long shank and cup, chromium plated, hot or cold marked , with crutch or butter fly handle, screwed down, high pressure for iron pipe/fittings or for brass ferrule of size 15mm dia all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down ceiling fans of any sweep and any size including cable connections and disconnecting of fan blades and removing the fan with blades to store yard and hanging ceiling fan in its original position or any other position including as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including fitting and fixtures after carrying out the repairs i.e cleaning, greasing and filling, painting of fan with one coat of synthetic enamel paint by spraying machine after preparation of surface by cleaning all dust and filling cavity with filler, reassembling the fan etc including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note :- Contractor's quoted rates shall including the following (i) Taking down fan and refixing in the same position and or any other position complete with its all fittings and fixtures to make it complete functional and testing complete. (ii) All minor repairs including greasing, oiling, prepartion of surface including filling to receiving a coat of paint (iii) Painting of fan including marking MES number etc with black paint) (iv) Other items such as rewinding , bushes, bearing , fan blade , canopy , U clamp etc. shall be measured and paid separatly under respective items)

M&L for rewinding of burnt fan motor with super enameled copper wire suitable for ceiling fan of sweep up to 1200 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of ceiling fan blade suitable of 1200 mm sweep size complete.

Supply and fixing in replacement of ceiling fan blade suitable of 1400 mm sweep size complete.

Taking down exhaust fans of any sweep and any size after taking out it from its mounting place dismantling the blades, opening the casting and cleaning the dust properly, greasing and oiling the bearing, cleaning the winding and refixing the exhaust fan to its original position or any other position including all fittings and fixture after applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint by spraying machine with preparation of surfaces by fillings cavity with filter and cleaning all dust after carrying out proper repairing complete all as specified. (Note :- Contractor's quoted rates shall including the following (i) Taking down fan and refixing in the same position and or any other position complete with its all fittings and fixtures to make it complete functional and testing complete. Supply and fixing in replacement of louvers for exhaust fan of size 300 to 450mm sweep complete.

Supply and fixing fastener for Exhaust fan complete all as speified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down wall mounting/cabin fans up to 12'' sweep removing/cleaning of dust properly oiling and greasing of bush/bearings including re-fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
