Disconnecting and taking out old defective LT cables with aluminium conductor of any size/type from trenches/poles/walls/from pipes etc complete all as directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old defective copper flexible cables of any size from poles/ bracket pipes etc complete all as directed.

Taking out old broken street light pole of any size and type incl breaking PCC foundation and clearing the site complete.

Disconnecting and taking down old rusted GI pipe brackets from poles/walls etc incl clamps/nuts/bolts etc complete.

Disconnecting and taking out old broken PVC cable junction boxes of any size and type complete incl all accessories such as bus bars/MCBs etc all as directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old rusted control panels/bus bar chambers /MCCB/Timer switch etc of any type/any size complete.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil n. exc. 1.5 M wide and n. exc. 1.5 Mts in depth for laying of cables poles stay, and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick after the cable are laid.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a lavel n.exc. 1.5 Mtr above the starting point.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 (40 mm grade aggregate type C2) including necessory form work for pole foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in pole coping complete as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT underground cable XLPE insulated , PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty and 1100 volts grade with multistranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sqmm 4 core in trenches/ducts/through pipes/under culverts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 12 above but 16 sqmm 4 core

Supply and laying double walled corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 40mm outer dia confirming to IS 14930 Pt II with antirodent and non flame propergating properties of approved colour complete with fitting for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing multi stranded copper cable PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade size 2.5sqmm 3 core drawn through pole from cable looping box to GI pipe upto choke/lamp and making connection and testing for function complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply , transporting to site, errecting and fixing in position, steel tubular swaged poles of 9mtr long type 410 SP- 31 (9.0 mtrs long) IS-2713 marked complete with MS base plate , closed from top including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surface and black bituminous paint on steel surface embeded in conrete externally and throughout internally and painting 03 nos of band /strips with fluorescent , PO box red synthetic enamel paint (30 cm wide each) at a distance of 30 cm from plinth block and number of poles all as specified & directed.

S & F hot dip galvanised tapered octogonal type street light pole 9.0 mtr long with bottom dia 155 mm and top dia 70 mm complete with base plate, 04 nos foundation bolts, connection box incl RCC foundation as per OEM specification , earth work etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F street light mounting bracket made out of medium grade GI pipe of size 40 mm dia not less than 1.5 m length, bent to shape complete suitable for fixing on pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing street light bracket suitable for and mounting on top of octogonal street light pole as specified in ser item No 17 and made from med grade GI pipes of dia 80 mm /50 mm (as per sample) incl nuts bolts washers etc complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement Non metallic Junction box made out of PVC size not less than 24 cm x13cmx11cm hinged with lockable arrangement including aluminium bus bar TPN capacity 200 Amp with one No MCB 2.5 Amp SP 10 KA 'C' curve with provision of tapping incoming and outgoing cable connection with gland box of suitable size and fixing on pole/grouting in PCC muff complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing high power LED street light fittings energy saving luminaire with lens, capacity 90watt with system efficacy (lm/w) not less than 100 lumens per watt total system lumens not less than 9000 lumens, PF not less than 0.95, CRI not less than 70, colour temp 5700K+300K, surge protection not less than 5, high pressure die Cast Aluminium alloy LM6 housing IP-66 class 1 protection, toughened glass cover, driver efficiency >85% with constant output of current and voltage against input voltage variation 120 to 270 volt at 50Hz (+5%), THD<10% complete all as specired. The driver should be potted with electrolytic capacitor of min 105 degrees rating and must be with phase phase protection, external SPD should be minimum 10 KV capacity. Notes:- 1. Each luminaire should be printed on the luminaire fittings as "MES", CA No: GE(U)/CHM-21/2020-21 2. M&L for painting of steel poles 9 m long with two coats of aluminium paint including cross arms , clamps & brackets fitted on pole all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including providing yellow & black paint with 30 cm alternate strip up to 1.2m height from GL & also painting numbering of Poles all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out serviceable pole of octogonal including foundation all connections and shifting the pole to new location upto 50mtrs, errection of pole including PCC Work, earthwork, cable connections and necessary nut/bolts/washers etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 63 amp automatic street light switch using infrared sensor based Natural Swith for automatic switching of street lights based on LUX leverl of Natural light, Sensor alongwith suitable power contractors and incoming-outgoing MCB should be enclosed in MCB and supported terminal should be enclosed in pole/wall mountable enclosure made of Rust proof, electricl shock proof, terminal proof and FR grade special moulding compund conforming to IP 66 protection class 2 enclosure made of thermoplastic polycarbonate and protection against weather influences all as specified and as directed. (a) Three phase load of 5KW with :03 Nos contactors, 3 Nos incoming MCBs & 3 Nos outgoing MCBs of 16-20 Amps each & circuit wiring (copper) of min 10 Sqmm. (b) Earthing Terminals - 02 Nos
