Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling in and mass concrete of pole and stay concrete for pole and stay, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing, cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, for coping complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of ACSR or AAC conductors complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling steel poles/ struts, any size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stay assembly complete all as specified and directed. Note: Demolition of concrete, etc. and excavation will be measured and paid separately under relevent items)

Dismantling insulators any type, any size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for HT Lightning arresters for outdoor use, expulsion type complete incl taking down with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65kilo amps, minimum working pressure 11000 volts grade conforming to IS complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cost for neccesaary jumpers for connecting the LA shall be measured and paid separetely under relevant item of BOQ

S&F Air break switch out door type triple pole, 11000 volts mechanically operated Air break switch (GOD), mounted on insulators and steel frame, with mechanically operating mechanism worked from ground level suitable for current rating up to 200amps mounted on insulators including all accessories ie pipe clamp, nut, bolts & washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Structural steel work conforming to grade Fe-410S as in cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections, including , nuts, bolts, washers, duly welding , bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of 2 pole structures comprising of cross arms, supporting angle iron, clamps, nuts & bolts complete with 1 coat of aluminium paint over existing surface with black and Red colour in alternate layers of 25 cm upto 1.5 metre above the coping after scraping old painted surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of 4 pole structures comprising of cross arms, supporting angle iron, clamps, nuts & bolts complete with 1 coat of aluminium paint over existing surface with black and Red colour in alternate layers of 25 cm upto 1.5 metre above the coping after scraping old painted surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for numbering on PCC or tubular pole, writing neatly on the poles 1.5 meter above ground level with letters and two to three numbers.Lettering/numbering shall be encircled with yellow colour of 180 to 200 mm dia over the black strip on pole, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The size of letter shall not be less than 40 mm height and letters shall be red/ black in colour.

Supply, laying, commissioning and testing of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor,11000 volts grade, cross-sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying unreinforced pre cast concrete cable cover HV Type 1 flat size 300mmx180mmx40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand cushioning for underground cable 8cm before laying the cable and 15cm after lying and stretching of the cables (punned down to 18 cm) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned down thickness i.e 18cm shall be measured and paid.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mm x6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to in and including galvanised iron strip 32x6mm upto test point including providing test point inclulding funnel,wire mesh, charcoal dust, salt etc and 40mm dia bore 7.5 mtr long medium grade GI protection pipe for earth strip and GI watering pipe 20mm dia bore medium grade with concrete earth pit of PCC type C1 (1:3:6, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) 50mm thick precast RCC type B1, (1:2:4, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) pit cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm C/C both ways with mild steel handle 10 mm dia including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoils to a distance n.exc 50m and necessary connection and testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, 2009 including taking down old unserviceable earth plate with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.
