Supply and fixing of All-in-one Solar Street Light of 20W LED NG series, made with high efficiency mono crystalline solar PV module, lithium ferro phosphate battery with in-built BMS technology, high efficacy LED, MPPT solar charge contoller and aluminium extruded body, specially progrmed to automatically control the dimming and light to increase the backup and system volt 12V/24V. Including Powder coated MS Round Pole of dia 50mm , 5 mtr height, necessary exacavation, earth work, PCC Work (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate & form work etc., complete all as specified and directed. Material & labour for earthing, complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15cm all around the plate. Connected by 25x4 mm GI strip as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt, thimbles, check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mmx300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4) funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size in (1:2:4) Type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) reinforced with XPM all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1 (2009) and specified including and provision of GI strip upto 7.5 mtrs long with 40 mm dia HDPE pipe for protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all excavation and earth work and connecting the earthling strip to panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. M&L for replacement in earthing with copper plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 3.15mm thick burried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to copper strip 20x3 mm dia connected to earth plate electrode by means of copper bolt, check nut and washers, earth wire protected with and including 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES schedule part-1, with and including PCC 1:3:6 type C1 pit with cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric not less than 4 kg per sqmtr with handle and angle iron frame, watering arrangement with 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe, GI funnel with wiremesh, filling with mixture of common salt and charcoal, necessary excavation, refilling, removing away soil and earth work in any type of soil, including test point, testing and commissioning complete, all as specified and directed .

Supply and Fixing of aluminium strip 25x3.15 mm thick with & incl suitable porcelain/FRP insulators, saddle and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MS box made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet and of size 150 mm x 150mm x 100 mm for housing the test point incl provn of 2mm thick hylum sheet on bottom for housing the test point , complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Aluminium/Copper/GI strip of any size from roof/wall/Ground etc all as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Refixing of existing Copper strip of any size on wall/on roof with & incl suitable porcelain/ FRP insulators, nut, bolt and washers complete all as directed by Engineer-in -charge.(old serviceable strip shall be used as obtained from serial item No 07 here in before).

M&L in replacement Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enemal paint, complete, all as specified & directed.

Supply and laying in replacement GI pipe medium grade galvanized with all fittings laid in trenches under road or fixed to wall or on roof of 25 mm bore, complete , all as specified and directed .

Supply and laying in replacement GI pipe light grade galvanized with all fittings laid in trenches under road or fixed to wall as cable protection of 40 mm bore complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for poles / stays foundation complete all as specified and directed.

S&Fof copper strip 20x3.15 mm thick with & incl suitable porcelain/FRP insulators, saddle and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair air termination single pointed Copper rod 12mm dia and 300 mm long including fixing on roof with MS clamp and nut, bolt and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300 mm long including floor coupling for fixing on roof with MS clamp and nut, bolt and washers etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 900 mm long including floor coupling for fixing on roof with MS clamp and nut, bolt and washers etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and directed.
