Dismantling barbed wire or flexible wire rope in fencing including making rolls and stacking within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling chain link fencing wire mesh of any type/size and any thickness of mesh complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and stacking within 50 metres lead, fencing posts or struts including all earth work and dismantling of concrete etc. in base of T' or 'L' iron or pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing steel work welded in grating, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, post, gates and similar works welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600mm dia 10 metre openable length (total length 90m) having 50 Nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal RBT reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or GI barbed wire tied to angle iron with reinforced barbed tape (RBT)/Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/sqmm with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/metre Complete all as specified and directed (cost of MS angle, CC blocks shall be paid seperately)

Supply and fix in repairs Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of stan dard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) as in wire entanglements aprons, barriers, gates etc. ncluding restraining resecuring and making good to staples complete all as specified and directed.

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means built in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation treanches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead o 50m in all kid of soils as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No 09 but Soft disintegrated Ordinary rock complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 typeD2 (graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, beam wall, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pre-cast cement concrete block masonrytype C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks exc.10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 12mm cement plaster 1:4 to the newly plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed drought up to course complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for walling of random rubble, brought upto course, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:4) but except stone complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses with 40mm maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for raised and cut pointing on stone work in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for small lintels not exceeding 1.5m clear span, moulding as in cornices, window sills, string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks complete all as specified and directed.

Metreial and labour for wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying Two Coat and additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two coats applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over and under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc crome primer on MS new surfaces of any description n exc 10cm in width or grith when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint complete all as specified and directed

Supply only chain link fencing with 3mm dia, galvanished steel wire and size of mesh 75mm x 75mm all as specified/directed weight exc 2.0 kg per sqm and n exc 2.50 kg per sqm complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel bars 10mm dia bars for reinforcement, in available lengths of Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5 m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix Hard drawn steel wire fabric, mesh size 50mm x 3.0mm dia each way , weight n. exc 4Kg per sqm cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia, Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
