Class -150 brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and superstructure as pre MORD.

Laying C.C.Slab wih 20mm gauge stone grit coarse sand & cement in 1:1.5:3 including supply of all labour material & T &P etc.required for proper completion of works.

Mild Steel or Iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinfoced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measured upto floor two level.

struck pointing with cementmortar conisting of 1 part cement &2 parts of fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus on brick work including supply of all materials labour & tools & plants etc.required for proper completion of the work. (S.I.No.575)

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.

Laying Brick on edge Solingfilled including preparation of base to proper slope and its ramming and including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc.required for proper completion of the work.
