REPAIRS TO ROAD AND ROAD SIDE FURNITURE AT THANE UNDER AGE B/R-I MANKHURD

M & L for repairs to potholes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or waterscouring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc then laying of patchmate material into the pathhole and then compacting the layer using hammer/ rolling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of surfaces of Black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushing for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for applying evenly a tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-1 @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm with sprayer over existing black top surface etc complete all as specified and directed. (Make: HINCOL or equivalent)

M&L for premix bituminous macadam with 4% binder content (paving bitumen of grade VG-30) by weight of total mix prepared in hot mix plant, laying of mix with self propelled mechanical paver, duly rolled and compacted to required camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) and gradient with 08 to 12 tonne vibrating roller, complete all as specified and directed. Notes: The contractor's quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following elements. The contractor shall get the mix design done through Govt. approved Lab and the same shall be got approved from the GE before providing BM.

M & L for applying evenly a tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-1 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm with sprayer over existing black top surface etc complete all as specified and directed. (Make: HINCOL or equivalent)

M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (paving bitumen of VG-30 grade) by weight of total mix prepared in hot mix plant, laying of mix with self propelled mechanical paver, the surfaces rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 08 to 12 tonne power roller and tandem vibrating roller etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes: The contractor's quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following elements: (i) The contractor shall get the mix design done through Govt. approved Lab and the same shall be got approved from the GE before providing SDAC.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repairs metal guide post delinator retro reflective type with twin reflectors both side made out of PVC/ Metal pipe 51mm dia rectangular on each side of excellent reflecively in darkours, complete all as specified and directed. MAke dark eye guide post cate No DA74 or equivalant as approved by GE including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (200x200x400mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Cat Eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repair road convex mirror made of polycarbonate of size 80cm dia complete including necessary excavation for post hole and fixing in block (size 300x300x450mm) of PCC 1:2:4 all as specified and directed. Make : Sun Eyez Cat No SE-707 or equivalant as approved by the GE.
