Demolition of brick work , built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc including demolition of precast rcc articles and disposal of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No. 2 here-in-before but except brick

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on walls/ceilings etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required and removing of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick work ,concrete surface of wall, finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in foundation of poles and filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete or lime concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and Pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level ) and removing the debris outside from defence land complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling of Stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. Laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in , sub base, and surface rough finished complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and paving 75mm thick laid in slope finished even and fair including making joints at every 2.5 m and at corner filled with bitumen 85/25 and sand in ratio 1:2 by weight and complete all as specified.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation or layer of sand cushioning below interlocking paver block complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape & size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade rubber moulded glossy finish with grey cement and pigment complete all as secified and as directed. Note-Shapes of interlocking paver block shall be triangular/Zigzag/Haxagon/or other ,Colour of paver blocks (50% yellow and 50% Red) & laying pattern approved by GE.

M&L for factory made precast cement concrete solid block kerb stone in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate set in CM 1:4, of approved size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, bed blocks, surface channels, drains, sides of path including form work, weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and removing the debris outside from defence land complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick, coloured made in PVC mould with vibration process prelaminated for glossy (50% red & 50% yellow colour) machine pressed etc, set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment including laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 25cmx25cmx22mm thick with gray cement & pigment, etc, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment including laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for non abrasive paving (endura) tiles 300mm x 300mm x10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement over & including 15mm screed bed CM 1:4 to match complete all as specified and directed.Note:-The texture ,colour ,Shade of tiles & laying of tiles to any pattern & any design with one or more colours shall be approved by GE and Rates also including in this item for necessary raking circular cutting or notching and waste on tiles.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface such as dado etc 450mmX 300mmX 7 to 8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of the tiles over and including 10mm thick rough cement plaster to receive tiles in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 16-18 mm thick granite (pure black) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs pillars, window cills ,cooking platform and like including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigments to match with shade or granite over including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The stone slab shall be in one piece over kitchen plateform,window cill and making gas pipe holes 25mm dia with rounded holes and all open edges to be half rounded.

M&L for misplaced/un-laveled interloking tiles of any size/shape in pathway and fixing in proper level including sand filling as required thickness. Note:-un-laveled tiles to be fixed in same location in proper level and new tiles to be fixed against misplaced tiles area and quoted rate deemed to be included in this item for patch work.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered ,old/un decorated surfaces of brick/concrete/stone wall surface by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying two coats of cement base Paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing newly plaster surfaces & applying two coats of cement base paint over a Coat of Cement Primer of, any colour complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated surface of cornices, pillasters, kerb stone by brooming down with gunny bag, scraping down smoke soot, moulds moss and efflorescent salts and trading oily and greasy spots etc and applying two coat of synthetic nemal paint.

Taking out bushes at any height of the bldg and necessary scaffolding digging out roots old brick walls and filling holes with CM 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and removing of roots/bushes to a distance n.exc 50m and clearing the sites complete all as directed

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up SWG drain pipes of internal dia 150/200mm in cement mortar including bedding and hunching complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for unplasticized drainage pipe 160mm dia type "B" with wall thickness 4mm(min) of pressure rating 8 KN/sqm laid in trenches and jointed with cement solvent including testing complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for RCC structures including cutting of reinforcement as required to facilliate demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Precast Cement Concrete Type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) , water troughs and similar articles with plain faces and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, blaconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like such as cover slab of septic tank/soak well etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 75mm bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor and finishing even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specfied and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for including grills, door, truss, gate, rafters, purlins etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in postholes (or similar holes) each nexc 0.5 cu m, getting out, returning, filling in and raming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance nexc 50m and making good surface of any type of soil.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as, foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for mild steel framed work as in railing, walkways, frammed baluster, doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening conforming to Fe - 290 Gde E-165 , complete all as specified and directed.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 1,30,440.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
