PROVN OF INTERCONNECTION OF PIPE LINE FROM AKASH PUMP HOUSE TO TECH PIMP HOUSE AT AFS HASI MARA

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation of pole/stay, or cable trenches etc n. exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing 100mm bore (6"), ductile iron pipe ( class K-7 of standard lenght), socket and spigot end as per IS:8329 with internal cement mortar linning and external bitumen paint coating for potable water supply with rubber ring joints including rubber rings as per IS:5382 (1985), packing material etc, commissioning as per technical specification and making the joint leak proof etc laid in trenches including taking out old unserviceable CI/DI pipe and removing from site of work, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Excavation and earth work & DI specials/fittings of the pipe shall be measured and paid separately).

Cutting of bituminous road/hardstanding/path/plinth protection etc for laying of pipe line n. exc. 90cm below GL, getting out and disposal of materials to a distance n. exc. 50m from the site of work, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for foundation, filling, mass concrete, making good to disturbed surfaces of road/hardstanding/plinth protection etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting CI/DI pipes in position for insertion of new tees, branches etc of 100mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for DI fitting upto 150mm bore for bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch, "Y" junction, double branch, cross (flange sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for run lead joints in position for cast iron spigot and socket ends pipes of size 150mm bore including providing new spun yarn, jute etc, as required, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for run lead joints in position for cast iron spigot and socket ends pipes of size 100mm bore including providing new spun yarn, jute etc, as required, complete all as specified and directed.
