M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.5 kg per sqm over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 Kg per sqm including preparation of roof surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for polythene film, 150 micron thick, laid on roofs with 150 mm overlaps complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 80 mm thick average consolidated thickness mud phuska on flat roofs including 25 mm thick mud plaster etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L 40 mm thick brick tiles laid on mud mortar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement, on mud phuska complete all as specified and directed

M&L sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.
