CIVIL WORK

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Random rubble masonry work in cement mortar with mechanical mixer in substructure/ super structure at all levels complete as per clause 1400 and 2200 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, scaffolding etc but excluding pointing and plastering.In cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering with plywood or steel sheet upto two stories ( each story of height upto 3.5 metre from floor level) including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work at all levels including straightening,cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto two stories in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 12 mm cement plaster of mix : including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand)

Providing and fixing dry cladding upto 10 metre heights with 30mm thick gang saw cut stone with (machine cut edges) of uniform colour and size upto 1mx1m, fixed to structural steel frame work and/ or with the help of cramps, pins etc. and sealing the joints with approved weather sealant as per Architectural drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The steel frame work, stainless steel cramps and pins etc. shall be paid for separately.) Red sand stone.

SITC of 8 Feet Dia & 6 to7 Feet Height decorative multi-tier hand carved Red/Pink Sand Stone Fountain complete with fountain body, bowls, pedestal, top finial, water circulation pump, nozzle system, internal piping, waterproof treatment, all required accessories, fittings, labour, transportation, installation, testing & commissioning complete in all respect as per approved design and direction of Engineer In-charge.

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing and staircase railing including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer M.S. tube.
