Housekeeping and Civil Maintenance Contract against various jobs at GSPL, Bongaigaon Pump Station

Administration charges/contractor's profit for deployment of unskilled labourers during whole contract period. Unit "Each" represents Administrative charges/profit on providing one unskilled manpower per day.

White washing with lime to give an even shade : New work (three or more coats)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Supply, stacking and mixing Cow Dung/ Neem oil cake/ Agro meal with earth in required proportion and spreading the mixture in lawn and or filling in specified areas inclusive of charges of all duties, royalty, cost of carriage etc. up to any distance. (Note: Cow Dung/ Neem oil cake/ Agro meal/ Manure shall be measured in stacks and will be reduced by 8% for payment)

Supply of Seasonal Plant including transporation to the site. Payment shall be made as verified by the EIC. a) Summer Season : (Sunflower, Galadia, Zinia, Golmukhi etc)

b) Rainy Season : (Balsam, Cosmos, Coreopsis etc)

c) Winter Season : (Dalia, Chrysanthemum, Marigold, Petunia etc)

Supply of Plant (fruit bearing tress) sapling for tree plantation drives

Providing uniforms (industrial grade jumpsuit) to the deployed manpower as directed by EIC.

Providing safety shoes pair (ISI Marked) to the workers as directed by EIC.

Supply of unskilled manpower required for assistance in various day-to-day assistance for miscellaneous station work as well as housekeeping works requiring unskilled labour at Bongaigaon Pump Station ** Bidders note that this item is a fixed rate item as per Gazette Notification Vide Ref. No. -File.No. 1/VDA(1)/2020-LS-II dated 8.5.2020 issued by Ministry of Labour & Employmnet, Govt. of India and shall not be quoted. This item rate is fixed at Rs.644.20/- per day per unskilled manpower.

Over time charges for unskilled manpower ** Bidders note that this item shall not be quoted and is a fixed at Rs.105 per hour per manpower

Provision for escalation of wages (VDA) of unskilled labours ** Bidders note that this item shall not be quoted and is a fixed at Rs.3,00,000/- lump sum for whole contract period

Provision for enrollment of deployed workers under Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojna and Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojna (at least for seven workers) including payment of installments during the contract period. Payment shall be made as verified by the Engineer-in-charge ** Bidders note that this item shall not be quoted and is a fixed at Rs.4,788/- lump sum for whole contract period
