PART A SITC of Turbo Air Ventilator

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Wind operated Turbo Air Ventilator with base for prefabricated Ground based / Roof Top BTS cabin/shelter consisting of following specification including making necessary opening on side wall of the BTS shelter with cutting, drilling, making water leak proof sealing arrangement, etc. complete as required: Specification: Air Turbo Ventilator having throttle Dia: 600 mm, No. of Vanes/Blades: 42, Vane/Blade Thickness minimum 0.5mm thick, Material: Aluminum. The Connecting assembly shall have high quality permanently lubricated and sealed ZZ- steel ball bearings. The bearings shall not be exposed to dust etc. It shall be ensured that the ventilator head is perpendicular to the ground.

Providing and fixing of 2 Nos. fresh air inlet arrangement of size 400 mm x 400 mm each with suitable 20 SWG MS louvers outside to prevent rain water seepage, and suitable size G.I. wire mesh inside the shelter, including making necessary opening on side wall of the BTS shelter with cutting, drilling, painting, along with suitable rivets, making water leak proof sealing arrangement, etc. complete as required:

Providing of MS structure for GI duct supports, frames of required size MS flat/Angle/ROD etc i/c cutting, welding, fabrication etc, and painting and minor civil works etc as required

Providing of suitable ducting for installation of air ventilator on side wall made out from 1.22mm (18SWG) thick GI sheet, along with suitable supports, fasteners, making water leak proof sealing arrangement, etc. as reqd. ‘Important Note:- The Turbo Air Ventilator and fresh air inlet arrangements shall be fixed on side walls as per the decision of Engineer in charge.

PART - B: Dismantling & Transport of AC, Closing of Opening : 'Dismantling of the existing window AC / Space maker AC / Split air conditioners units upto 2 Nos installed on the Ground based / Roof Top BTS shelter wall, shifting and transport from site to CM/CFA store at nearby SDCA Headquarters / Taluk Headquarters as per instructions of Engineer incharge complete etc as required.

Closing of existing wall opening (after dismantling window / space maker Air Conditioner as in Part B item 1 above) with 1.22mm (18SWG) thick GI sheet on both sides (from inside and outside) of the Ground based / Roof Top BTS shelter wall, suitable thermocol insulation (75mm thick) between GI sheets, along with suitable rivets, making water leak proof sealing arrangement, etc. as reqd
