Preparation of old Plastered/unplastered surfaces of brick, stone, or concrete wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing,scrapping down smoke snoot,moulds moss and efflorosent salts,trading oil and greasy spots and applying Two coats of weather proof acrylic exterior emulsion paint at any floor/surfaces (up to 12 mtr height) as approved of any shade/colour in camouflage pattern complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-Rate of Removing of vegitation/plantation up to 7Mtr deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contractor.complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on bricks or concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement (up to 12mtr height), including taking down existing plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note Rate for form work if required to be including in the quaoted by the contractor.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour applying Two coats of weather proof acrylic exterior emulsion paint (up to12 mtr height) as approved of any shade/colour in camouflage pattern over a coat of primer including preparation of newly plastered surfaces as per manufacture instructions, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering dubbing coat over damaged irregular surface of patches at coloumns,chajja,canopy and soffits, roof projections ceiling facia etc using GI Chiken Mesh of size 0.25mm thick and 20mm aparture fixed with nails including necessary scaffolding arrangement (Up to 5th foor of Bldg) as required at site average 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over cement slurry coat thick @ 3 Kg/Sqm making the surface even followed by 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 furnished even and smooth including applying two coats of weather proof emulsion paint including making of drip course as required complete including roughening surface of old concrete by picking sweeping clean and washing with water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Writing letter or figures (Block,Roman Italic or Indian)n exc. 30cm high, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
