Supply & fixing of main hoist rope of size 6 strands x 19 of nominal 13mm dia heavy duty for 13 passenger lift including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Make : Usha Martin /Mahadev elevators/Bharat wire rope/Shree steel wire & ropes).

Supply installing testing and commissioning of defective Sheave C.I/Casting Traction Sheave 4 Grooves pully code OD520*4*10 mm bore size 90 mm ,key size 20*7 Bore length -150 mm ,width size 115 mm with main hoist rope of size 10 mm dia heavy duty (in 08 passenger lift) G+5 storey ( 6 stories ) as per site requirement welding/brazing along with all connected accessories complete and testing on load including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make - Thyssen Krupp /OTIS/Kone/Johnson).

Supply and Fixing in replacement of MS suspension rod, bull dog clamp with anchor plate assemble including taking down old unserviceable one complete on load all as directed by Engr-in-Charge (Make as per OEM recommendation & as per site requirement).

Supply & fixing of OSG rope of size 6 strands x 19 of nominal 6mm dia including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Make : Usha Martin /Mahadev elevators/Bharat wire rope/Shree steel wire & ropes)

Supply & fixing of OSG cast iron pit pully suitable for 08/13 passenger lifts including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Make : As per OEM recommended).

Dismantling/taking down, existing worn out door without causing any damged to door sensor and supply ,fixing, testing and commissioning of complete car door, suitable to existing lift SS honycomb finish metal sheet minimum 1.25 mm thickness SS sheet standard 304 and scratch resistant and complete door operator assembly system (i,e door moor, door drive air card) and car sill for smooth opening of car doors suitable for 08 passenger lifts, width of centre opening 800 mm, height of opening 2000 mm , 2 way centre opening all fittings,gate lock, door shoe and refixing of taken down door sensor as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge (Note:- any damaged to door sensor while taking down shall be replaced by the contractor to his own cost of same make and model)

Dismantling/taking down, supply ,fixing, testing and commissioning of complete landing door SS hairline finish metal sheet minimum 1.25 mm thickness SS sheet standard 304 and scratch resistant and complete door header assembly (i,e door hanger roller) and landing cill suitable for 08 passengr lift (make of lift :- Thyssen Krupp) width of centre opening 800/900 mm and height of opening 2000 mm, 2 way centre opening with all fittings, as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- (I) Rate quoted by contractor are deemed to be inclusive of complete replacement of minor spared gate lock,door rollers, skated,door shoe,door rope, etc and any civil work required at site for taking outold door assemble and fixing new door assemble and making good sisturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (II) Any damaged to door sensor while taking down shall be replaced by the contractor to his own cost of same make and model.

Taking down of old unserviceable lift cabin and supply, fixing,testing and commissioning complete lift car cabin of 08 passenger lift SS HONYCOMB finish of Metal sheet of minimum 1.2 mm thickness SS sheet standard 304 scratch resistance complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at Basantara Block. (Make - Thyssenkrupp/ OTIS/ Mitsubishi/ Johnson)

Supply & fixing of MS thimble rod for 10/13 mm rope (car side & cwt side) including taking down of old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Make : As per OEM recommendation).

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of ARD 2.5 KAV (Automatic Rescue Device) with panel including necessary internal wiring work, suitable for all makes of upto 13 passenger lifts including ARD batteries 12v, 12AH as per site position for the 13 passengers lift installed at SP Marg & carriappa vihar including taking down of old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make - Thyssenkrupp/ OTIS/ Mitsubishi /Johnson) (Make of Battery : Exide/Amaron)

Supply and fixing exhaust fan heavy duty of size 450 mm sweep of 1400 RPM with louver of metal body including testing and assembling and making good the disturbed surface of walls and other required accessories including taking down of old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed. (Make - Havells/CG/Bajaj/GEC/Khaitan/Orient)

Supply and fixing of blower fan for lifts single phase 220 volts, size 600mm sweep, 1400 RPM, noice level 55db alongwith all conected accessories including taking down of old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- charge. (Make - Havells/CG/Bajaj/GEC/Khaitan/Orient)

Note for item No 1 to 10:- (i) The entire work shall be done through OEM's i.e any one of M/s Kone India/Schindler India Pvt Ltd/OTIS Elevator Co. India Ltd/ Johnson Lifts Pvt Ltd/ Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd/LT Elevators. (ii) The contractor will have to submit MOU as given on page No. 88 & 89 from OEM's i.e any one of M/s Kone India/Schindler India Pvt Ltd/OTIS Elevator Co. India Ltd/ Johnson Lifts Pvt Ltd/ Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd/LT Elevators within Seven days from acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and work shall be executed as per policy in vouge.
