Supply and laying in replacement GI pipe light grade galvanized with all fittings laid in trenches for cable protection of 50 mm bore all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix straight joint heats hrinkable type of LT cable for size 16 Sq mm to 35 Sq mm 3.5/4 core 1100 volts complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No. 33 above but size 120 Sq mm to 185 Sq mm all as specified and directed .

Refixing of existing steel tubular swaged poles of any size including painting with one coat of aluminium paint and black bitumen paint on hidden surface in foundation complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Steel poles retrieved from Srl Item No 06 shall be used. (ii) excavation and PCC work shall be measured and paid separetaly at appropriate items.

M&L for steel tubular swaged poles with ISI marked complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws all as specifed type 410 SP -31 (9 mtr long LT poles) and incl painting with one coat of red oxide and two coats of aluminium paint and black bitumen paint on hidden surface in foundation including drilling of holes for fixing 'D' iron clamps & hooks for contineous GI earth wire, erecting in a truly vertical position complete all as specified and directed . NOTE:- Excavation and PCC work shall be measured and paid separetaly.

Preparation of old painted surface of steel tubular swaged poles (9 to 11 meter long) with swan neck brackets including junction box and painting with one coat of aluminium paint including painting with black & white colour paint in alternate strip to 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC coping and marking pole numbers with one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : (i) PCC coping shall be painted with two coat of cement based paint of white colour .

(ii) Marking of pole No. shall be with black colour on yellow circled surface of minimum 150 mm dia.

S&F ACSR conductor steel re-inforced of any size on pole including binding wire and line taps of appropriate size & type complete all as directed .

Fixing only and stringing ACSR conductor of any size in accrodance with site requirement and binding on insulators by means of aluminium binding wire tapes complete all as specified and directed. Note: ACSR conductor retrieved from Srl Item No 02 shall be used.

Removing and dismentalling old U/S over head line conductor ACSR of any size ( 2 line per pole) and then cleaning and restringing in original position incl binding with new aluminium conductor complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) The rate quoted are inclusive of cutting/ removing all tree branches/vegetation around 3 mtr of distance from the pole. (b) Length of span is approx 30 mtrs with 02 run of conductor. (c) Adjusting & tightning of stay assembly shall be done wherever required.

Supply and fixing in replacement of FRP cable junction boxes including bus bar (04 Nos) of existing size including provision for fixing to existing poles with 02 Nos MS clamps of flat 40x6mm suitable size complete with nuts & bolts making connection with cable & including thimbles at suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC line phase separators for over head line LT conductor of any size suitable to stand 1100 volts to maintain the required spacing between 5 conductors complete all as per site requirement and all as directed .

Supply install testing and commissioning Feeder panel cubical panel of double door outdoor type factory made dust/vermin proof made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick CPRI approved duly powder coated having opening and locking arrangment both in front and rear side (Independent door for each item on front side) mounted on 1 No angle iron 45 x 45 x 6mm, 45 cm long embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 with complete incl provision of following accessories and suitable for fixing of under mentioned items :-

(a) Aluminium bus bar chamber capacity 300 Amps 3 Phase 4 wire duly insulated with PVC sleeves (As per colour code) incl complete control wiring with suitable size PVC copper conductor cable and provn of cable lugs etc.

(f) MCCB 100 Amps, 25 KA with adjustable thermal and magnetic settings - 02 Nos (Outgoing), (g) MCCB 63 Amps, 25 KA with adjustable thermal and magnetic settings - 02 Nos (Outgoing),

Supply, install, testing and commissioning LT Panel cubical outdoor type dust/vermin proof made out of CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick CPRI approved duly powder coated having opening and locking arrangement both in front and rear side mounted on 4 Nos angle iron 40x40x6 mm - 0.45 m height embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 including Aluminum bus bar capacity 600 Amps,3 phase, 4 wire duly insulated with PVC sleeves (colour coded) including complete control wiring with suitable PVC copper conductor cables and necessary cable gland for incomming and outgoing cables with lugs and connections etc required nuts ,bolts and washer incl provision of the following accessories/eqpt incl cable gland etc (for power house) and suitable for housing of following:-

Supply and fix in replacement of on load change over 4 pole with side handle, 415 volt AC, 50/60Hz, 200 amps with suitable sheet metal enclosure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of on load change over 4 pole with side handle, 415 volt AC, 50/60Hz, 320 amps with suitable sheet metal enclosure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing stay assembly for electric pole complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 of SSR Part -I and drg using loop type insulator, stay clamps, stay rod of 16mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation & PCC will be measured and paid separately under respective items.
