Dismantling old plaster / tiles/ Chips including racking out joints etc., disposal of dismantled material outside the University Campus.

Providing & applying waterproofing by applying two coats of Dr Fixit Parafin -2K including preparing the surface complete including cost of labour & material complete.

15 mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 by mixing with Dr. Fixit URP in proportion as per the manufacturars advice(4-5 Lts per bag of Cement) including cost of labour & material complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, waterproofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacture over the plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering (two or more coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall/ceiling/slopping surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture. All work upto floor V level.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (one or more coats) and of required shade on old work to give an even shade.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 Sqm over and including base coat of waterproofing cement paint applied @2.2 Kg/ 10 Sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of Nerolac/Asian make of required color to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work

Painting (one or more coats) with synthetic enamel paint of Nerolac/Asian make of required color to give an even shade. Old work all surfaces (Wood, Steel & Plastered).

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails/wooden fillets as required. Float Glass panes of Thickness 4mm (weighing 10 Kg/Sqm).

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking at site. Of area 3 sq. Metres and below

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material outside the University Campus. In cement mortar

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). All work upto floor V level.

Brick work with F.P.S brick of class designation 75 in foundation, plinth and in super structure including cost of scaffolding, curing etc complete. All work upto floor V level. In cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement: 6 Coarse sand)

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position : Sal wood, Including applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey wood primer and then two or more coats with synthetic enamal paint including painting sides of frames coming in contact with walls with black anti-corresive bitumestic paint of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and then two or more coats with synthetic enamal paint of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac). Using structural steeel in gratings, frames, guard bars, ladders, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing and fixing wooden moulded beading to door and window frames with iron screws, plugs and priming coat on unexposed/exposed surface and then two or more coats with synthetic enamal paint of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac). 2nd class teak wood 50x12 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodised ( anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete: 200x10 mm

Cleaning of manholes including clearing of drain pipes from the manhole to manhole for making the lines fully functional and disposal of mulba outside the University Campus.
