Providing and Laying of kerb of size 1'-0" x1'-0" x 0'-4" thickness at bottom and 0' 3" thickness at top and made of plain cement concrete 1:2:4 duly vibrated and compacted. The rates also includes fixing in position at or near ground level in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Laying of kerb of size 2’-0” x 9” having 4” thickness at bottom and 3” thickness at top and made of plain cement concrete 1:2:4 duly vibrated and compacted. Providing and fixing PCC channel of size 2’-0” x 1'-0" x 3" thick duly vibrated mechanically & compected made of PCC 1:2:4 duly cured and finished. The rates also includes the cost of filling and pointing of joints between channels with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement 4 course sand) Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer In Charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:8:16 (1 cement : 8 coarse and : 16 graded stone aggregate 40mm gauge) mixed with mechanical mixer complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in - Charge.(N.S.)

Fixing of cement concrete interlocking paver blocks / PCC tiles and including 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 with a floating coat of neat cement complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge. By using retrieved paver blocks

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibrating compaction and of approved size and design/ shape laid in required color and pattern over and including 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 with a floating coat of neat cement complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing 300x300mm heavy duty chequerred tiles of ISI Marked and name of manufacturer embedded, rubber molded as per ISI Code 13801:2013 of 25mm thick with minimum 6mm thick top layer with white cement heavy duty polished with acrylic based coating, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles on 20mm thick bed cement mortar 1:4 (1) cement: 4 coarse sand) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge

P/F 2" dia 2'-3" high G.I pipe (Medium class) railing having vertical members to be fixed 7'-0" centre to centre. The horizontal/vertical members of railing are to be connected by means of 3" G.I. tee and 3" dia G.I. elbow as per site requirement. Vertical members of railing are to be fixed in cement concrete blocks of size 1'x1'x1' (cement concrete 1:2:4) It further includes iron hold fasts 9" long of MS flat or section 50x12mm to be welded at the bottom of vertical members including centering and shuttering complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the E.I.C.

Repair of 2" dia 2'-3" high G.I pipe railing. It further includes 9" long of MS flat or section 25x5mm to be welded at the Joint of G.I. tee and G.I. elbow top and side. The rates also included two coat of steel paint over one coat of primer complete in all espect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.
