Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m depth and getting out, including trimming the sides and forming bottom surface to required levels for fixing pole/stay assembly and laying/taking out cables complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to a distance n. exc. 50 m and dispositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sSand cushioning to UG cables (8cm deep before laying of cable and 15 cm deep over the cable) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness only will be considered for payment.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers class HV, Type I, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE:- Pipe will be measured and paid for separately. Any damage to existing cables of any type will made good by the tenderer without any extra payment.

Taking down/ getting out carefully old serviceable/ unserviceable HT under ground cable from trench/duct or fixed on walls or laid in duct/ pipe/re-routing, any size and core after repairing, taking out PCC cable cover from trenches, kept in safe custody for reuse of serviceable cable cover and UG cable, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work and re-laying of cable include in this quoted rate.

S&F HT PCC cable route indicator of size 175mm x 150mm thick, 75 cm long and upper front side each indicator shall be embracing 4mm deep with words "HT CABLE" and two coats of synthetic enamel yellow and red paint along HT cable trench after every 50 m and corner & on any turnning, road crossing etc including planting in ground with PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Attending breakdown attributable to cable faults, flashover in HT panel / VCB or any of the connected transmission line system & rectifying it in 33 KV / 11KV cable / transmission line network upto end connections with panels / transformers or any of electrical item connected therein at Air Force station, Chakeri Technical & Domestic area during any hours of a day during the currency of contract by engaging sufficient manpower after receiving communication through Complaint Section / Concerned JE / Engr-in-charge either through teleponic call, text message, email or through messanger 24x7 hrs complete all as specified and directed. Note: The occurance of fault if any, will be comminicated to the contractor and the contractor shall rectify the same within 4 hrs of reporting, failing to which a recovery @ Rs 1000/- per complaint per day and maximum of Rs 10,000/- shall be recovered from contractor's payment. Contractor shall be bound to arrange his resources accordingly and the quoted rates shall be deemed to include the same. Further, all necessary equipment like HT megger, hand gloves, line testers, earth rod etc shall be readily avilable with the contractor's manpower under his own arrangement. Delay on account of non availability of such items shall not be considered for relaxation.
