Handling/Erection/Installation of LMO Tank , Vaporizers, skid , interconnecting SS 304 Schedule 40 approx 50 mtr (as per site requirement) from the skid with allied works Handling /erection/installation of LMO Tank, Vaporizer, skid, interconnecting pipe line (SS-304 schedule 40) approx. 50 m (as per site requirement) from skid outlet. The job includes providing of shower system required for removing the ice collected on the vaporizer by way of installation of pipeline as required for making new water connection, shower system, 1 HP motor and water tank 1000 ltrs, electrical works with other allied works. (Complete job as per site requirement and directions of Engineer-in-charge).

Providing of pressure reducing system at both ends of 76 mm pipe line i.e at LMO side and at Manifold side. The pressure reducing system includes PRV, ball valves – 06 nos., by pass line and allied accessories as required on both systems. The job includes cost of skilled and semi-skilled labour, tool and tackles charges, transportation charges and all taxes thereof (Complete job as per site requirement and directions of Engineer-in-charge).

Facilitating explosive licenses( consultancy, certifications, license fee etc) be spent by approved firm at the first instance and to be reimbursed by GMC, authorities as per actual against documentary evidence ( including GST)) The above also includes: a) PESO Sites approval for LMO storage Govt. Fees(One Time ) b) PESO Govt. License fees (including GST) Yearly Lumpsum for the job – (one Time job)

Telemetry &Tank maintenance Charges Telemetry & tank maintenance charges. The job includes monthly complete inspection of LMO tank, vaporizer and its allied equipment and checking/controlling pressure of storage tank and line pressure at pressure regulating skid. The job includes vacuuming of tanking in case of failure found during inspection, replacement/ repair of damaged valves and gauges, rectifying leakages in line, clearing of choked line.(Complete job as per site requirement and directions of Engineer-in-charge).

Landed Rate of LMO for one year (including GST and Transportation) @ 30000 m3/ month
