Dismantling of wall/ceiling board/aluminium partition wall of any description, including fillets in any position, complete all as specified.

S&F Gl frame work for ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including hanger 4mm dia (upto 1200mm lenth)made out of GI flat 40x3mm size of 60cm long with expansion hold fastener 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for HSPC Non asbestos fibre cement building boards 4mm thick, pre primed, self embossed fixed or laid/ inserted to GI/Aluminium framework with screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for PVC hollow wall paneling 5mm thick multy grain finish prelaminated inclusive of fixing on wall incl moulding end caps beading etc fixed with PVC sleeves and screws as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications complete all as specified and directed. Make :- "Rajshree" Plastwood and equivalent

M&L for 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as per specification complete all as spceifed and as directed.

S&F of powder coated aluminium frame (powder coated) for doors, windows, ventilators or Aluminium Partition with one or more rebates including joining cletas for fixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Note: Colour coating shallbe approved by Engineer-in-Charge)

M&L for 9mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated both side with decorative choice lamination, for aluminium door frame/ aluminium partition complete all as specified and directed.

M&L frosted/tinted sheet galss ordinary quality 5.5mm thick and glazing each pane complete all as specified.

S&F for venetian blinds of superior quality fabric (as approved), horizontal/vertical type, with 100mm wide louvers, including supplying and fixing of all arrangements required for proper functioning of the blinds such as aluminimum top & bottom guide rails, roller, chain etc, including taking down of old unserviceable venetain blinds, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair for 25mm dia stainless steel heavy duty hollow curtain rod incl brackets to hold rod in position stainless steel finals of approved by Engr-in-charge Complete all as specified.

S&F for LED luminaire 600mmx600mm 35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size, including taking down old light complete all as specified and as directed.
