Dismantling of old roof treatment of any thickness any pattern including dismantling of old brick tiles and mud phaska and clean the surface up to RCC roof including preparation of RCC roof surface with wire brush drying and cleaning to remove loose particles, complete all as specified and directed .

Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (12.5 mm crushed stone aggregate), 40mm thick, as in flooring/ roof padding, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surface with bitumenous membrane weight not less than 3 kg per sq.m comprising of the following and testing of following: (a) Applying One coat of Bitumen primer confirming to IS-3384-1965 @ 0.5 kg per sqm. (b) Applying a tack coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sq.m confirming to IS-702-1998 for water proofing membrane. (c) Providing polymeric waterproofing membrane asphaltic polythene film having weight not less than 3 kg per sq.m with 100 mm wide side or end lap and 50mm along the length from down lamps to upward completely sealed with hot blown lamps. (d) Again applying a tack coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sq.m confirming to IS-702-1998 for water proofing membrane. (e) Spraying binding materials such in dry condition @ 0.5 to 1.0 kg/sqm shall be dusted over bitumen complete with leaking teasing, complete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 20mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished built with grey cement and no pigment over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (20 mm crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerb, mud stop, gola, rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of PCC/RCC roof surfaces and providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm grd stone agg), 25 mm average thick, in floors/padding finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement nad then providing 10 mm thick modified plaster in CM 1:4 cement mixed with polymer in ratio of 1:10 (1 part of polymer and 10 parts of cement) applying priming coat of epoxy primer with resin and hardener with water dilution as per manufacturer instructions, applying two coats of solvent based polyurethane liquid membrane not less than 500 micron thick UV stable having SRI value greater that equal to 105 with consumption of 0.61 Kg/Sqm (each coat), complete all as specified and directed. Demolition of brickwork or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed .

Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron of approved colour) anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.), hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.), suitable handle (1 no.) complete all as specified and directred.

Sheet glass, 5.5 thick, in squares n exc 0.5 sqm each pane including rubber bead jointing cleat for fixing in position for aluminium window/ ventilator, complete all as specified and directed.

Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks or supporting stand for desert coolers etc., and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over primed surface, complete all as specified and directed.
