REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF HT/LT DISTRIBUTION NETWORK INCLUDING BUSBAR DUCT TRUNKING AND ALLIED WORKS AT DSS 5, DSS 5A AND DSS12 INCLUDING SHORE SUPPLY AT SITE A2 OF NAVAL BASE KARWAR

Taking down/out carefully old unserviceable UG cable (HT) /LT of any size from inside of tunnel and remove the unserviceable cable from site after affording credit depending on its serviceability state including removal of brick/PCC cable cover complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid for Separately

Supplying & laying including testing of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, HT UG electric cable in trenches/wall/cable tray/saddling/GI pipe or specified as per site requirement with stranded aluminum conductor 11 KV grade of 3 core 120 sqmm all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing & testing in repair of Indoor end termination cable joininting kit, heat shrinkable type 11 KV HT joint kit suitable for PVC / XLPE insulated stranded aluminium conductor of size 3 core 95 Sqmm all as specified and as directed.

Supply, jointing & testing in repair of Indoor end termination cable joininting kit, heat shrinkable type 11 KV HT joint kit suitable for PVC / XLPE insulated stranded aluminium conductor of size 3 core 120 sqmm to 185 Sqmm all as specified and as directed.

Supply, jointing & testing in repair Indoor end termination cable joininting kit, heat shrinkable type 11 KV HT joint kit suitable for PVC / XLPE insulated stranded aluminium conductor of size 3 core 400 Sqmm all as specified and as directed.

Supply, jointing & testing in repair of straight through type cable joininting kit heat shrinkable 11 KV HT joint kit suitable for 3 core 95 Sqmm PVC / XLPE insulated stranded aluminium conductor all as specified and as directed.

Supply, jointing & testing in repair of straight through type cable joininting kit heat shrinkable 11 KV HT joint kit suitable for 3 core from 120 Sqmm to 185 sqmm PVC / XLPE insulated stranded aluminium conductor all as specified and as directed. Make : Raychem Cat No HVS-3-2152 or equivalent model in makes specified in Appx B.

Supply, jointing & testing in repair straight through type cable joininting kit heat shrinkable 11 KV HT joint kit suitable for 3 core 400 Sqmm PVC / XLPE insulated stranded aluminium conductor all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Testing of faulty HT UG cable up to 400 Sqmm by checking the insulation resistance using 5000v / 10000v fault insulation locator tester, identify any number of cable fault in a single stretch (from source to load) having minimum length of 1000 RM and pin point the fault location complete all as specified & as directed. Note: (1) In single stretch having minimum length 1000 RM whatsoever Nos of fault shall be paid as each job.(2). Fault locator Machine will be issued by department for testing purpose only.

Material and labour for Testing of faulty HT UG cable up to 400 Sqmm by checking the insulation resistance using 5000v / 10000v fault insulation locator tester, identify any number of cable fault in a single stretch (from source to load) having length more than 1000 RM and pin point the fault location complete all as specified & as directed.
