Charpoy Folding IP Hard Top (Drg No.388 R) Taking out old UNSV ply wood, Supply and fixing 12 mm thick ply wood BWR type of size 1980x900mm and fixed to charpoy folding with nut bolts 6mm dia 45 to 50mm long, Make of ply wood Green/Duro/Archit with ISI marked

Replacement of U/S PVC shoes with best quality PVC shoes of dia 25mm and height 30mm shall be provided to legs of charpoy. complete all per drg, specified and as directed.

M&L for one coat to old and two coats to new surfaces of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and quality over a coat of red-oxide primer by means of spray painting (internally & externally complete) including preparation of steel/iron surface by removing of old paint by using grinding machine, taking out dents & filling with putty. After thoroughly preparing the surfaces of the Charpoy Folding IP Ply Top paint them through a spray machine to obtain a high gloss finish similar to new furniture (Make of Paint: Asian/Berger/Nerolac).

Removing the U/S flat iron stay and S & F new 25mmx 6mm flat iron stay as shown in drg.

Almirah Large Steel (Drg No FD-76 (M) & 1031): M&L for one coat to old and two coats to new surfaces of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and quality over a coat of red-oxide primer by means of spray painting (internally & externally complete) including preparation of steel/iron surface by removing of old paint by using grinding machine, taking out dents & filling with putty. After thoroughly preparing the surfaces of the Almirah, paint them through a spray machine to obtain a high gloss finish similar to new furniture (Make of Paint: Asian/Berger/Nerolac) complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Painting work shall be carried out after carrying out the following reapair works. (ii) Repair work will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Dismantling, taking out carefully old existing broken U/S Locks with key cover of any description & replacement of the same with S&F new Locks six levers, with double key including new key cover complete on external face of Almirah & suitable 4mm dia screws complete machine all as shown on drg specified and directed. Replacement of Handle with S&F new handle shall be of non-ferrous alloy with CP Godrej patten as per sample and complete with nuts and pins all as shown on drg and specified and directed by E-in-C and GE.

M&L for one coat to old and two coats to new surfaces of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and quality over a coat of red-oxide primer by means of spray painting (internally & externally complete) including preparation of steel/iron surface by removing of old paint by using grinding machine, taking out dents & filling with putty. After thoroughly preparing the surfaces of the Teapoy Verandah MAP, paint them through a spray machine to obtain a high gloss finish similar to new furniture (Make of Paint: Asian/Berger/Nerolac).

S & F new 5mm dia MS bars at base tray with proper welding with frame of tray as shown in drg.

Welding work wherever required as directed by EIC and GE.

After thoroughly preparing the surfaces of the Table 900mmx600mm without drawer paint them through a spray machine to obtain a high gloss finish similar to new furniture (Make of Paint: Asian/ Berger/Nerolac). as per Drg complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable top from Table 3' x 2' steel, supply and fixing of new top shall be made out of 18mm thick exterior grade particle board (ISI marked) duly post formed (PFT) with 0.6mm thick laminates and 2mm thick PVC edging shall be fixed on all sides of top with strong bonded chemical adhesive through hot pressing machine (colour shade as approved by GE) as per Drg complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling, taking out carefully old existing broken U/S Locks of any description & replacement of the same with S&F new Locks with double key fix with suitable 4mm dia screws complete machine all as shown on drg specified and directed.

Legs of MS Square tube of size 25mmx25mmx760mm of 20 gauge as per drg.

Repairs to Drawer include tinkering/denting, painting, welding, etc. all as shown as specified & as directed.

Stiffeners as per drg.

Shoes all as per drg.
