Providing services for operation of electric driven sewage pump sets and periodical maintenance in with one operator (FGM) per shift of 08 hrs (from 0900 to 1700 hrs) at New Sewage Pump House near Clear Water Pump House,New Sewage Pump at Pratap Nagar and another operator (FGM) per shift of 08 hrs (from 0900 to 1700 hrs) at Pratap Nagar Old Sewage Pump House. , 'K' Block and Rajendra nagar Sewage pump (including sundays). complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following type / capacity of pump sets. (a) New Sewage Pump House near Clear Water Pump House. (i) Non clog submersible sewage pump set 25 HP. Make : Kishore. No of pump set - 01 No. (ii) Non clog vertical sewage type pump set 20 HP capacity. Make : Kirloskar. No of pump set - 01 No and (b) New Sewage Pump at Pratap Nagar. (i) Non clog centrifugal type set 15 HP capacity. Make - Kirloskar. No of pumps - 01 No. (ii) Non clog centrifugal type set 7.5 HP capacity. Make - Kirloskar. No of pumps - 01 No. (c) Pratap Nagar Old Sewage Pump House. (i) Non clog submersible sewage pump set 20 HP. Make - Kishore. No of pump sets - 2 No's. (ii) Non clog submersible sewage pump set 25 HP. Providing services for operation and maint old swimming pool and pump sets along with electrical panel board (starters) and chlorination plant including their periodical maintenance, repairs, adding chemicals and suction sweeping of swimming pools by employing One operator (FGM) in one shift of 8 hours from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs General shift (excluding major assembly/ item / jobs) and one operator of 08 hours from 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs Night shift (excluding sundays) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge consisting of the following:- pressure filter, NRVs, sluice valves etc and pump set centrifugal with 10 HP, 3 phase, electric motor complete 02 No's. (a) Suction sweeper trolley mounted complete with pumping set monoblock with 2 HP, 3 phase, electric motor complete - 01 No's (b) Chlorination plant, cylinder mounted type, Vaccum operated complete with injection assembly, booster monoblock pump set including mixing chamber control valves, 3 No's & 1 No chlorine gas cylinder 100 Kg capacity complete. (c) Air compressor, LT panel board suitable for 3 phase, 415 volt supply, wall mounted with 200 Amps MCCB incoming and MCBS in outgoingor 97.5 CFM pressure 0.35 Kg per cum driven by 5 HP induction electric motor, 3 phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz including DOL starter 1 No Rotary type Make - Candy. Providing services for operation of electric driven pump sets,dgsets and ac plant including its periodical maintenance in one shift per day with one operator (FGM) operating for 8 hrs starting from 0900 to 1700 hrs (excluding sundays) for the following details given in particular specifications :- SMW COOLING TOWER. (i) Centrifugal Multistage Pump sets - 04No's-100HP,with suitable induction motor 2900 RPM including all accessories . (ii) Diesel engine generating set, 160 KVA capacity at CAC site also operation and maintenance of AC plant of capacity 2 x 13 TR & including cleaining of the eqpt, checking of starting battery for proper charge, checking of electrical panel for proper functioning opening the diesel tank for filling in diesel, collection of diesel as and when reqd from MT Section of AGE E/M yard, transporting to site, operate the DG set as reqd by user when main supply fails, switch off DG supply after main supply resumes, properly lock and unlock plant run safely and operate sewage pump sets complete as directed and maintaining log sheet as per standard practice complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Providing services for operation of Incinerator & Old Dam Centrifugal Pumps of capacity 20 HP capacity (No of Pump set - 02 No's) Make - Kirloskar,1440RPM, 25 mtr head,135 cum/hr., its periodical maintenance by appointing one operator(FGM) per shift starting from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs (excluding sundays) including cleaning all the equipment checking of electrical panel board checking of all electrical parts for its proper functioning opening the diesel tank switch on the burner of fan etc, burning of biomedical waste as given by the user and properly switching off all the equipment one by one for its smooth functioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- Note : a) DHPP shall be issued under Sch 'B' by department for manning the plant. The contractor shall make his own arrangement to carry the same from MT yard of AGE E/M Lonavla to plant site without extra cost to Govt. (b) The contractor has to maintain records of quantity of biomedical waste burnt out and DHPP consumed on daily basis during the period of firing the waste. Note for Item No 1 to 7 1. Contractor should provide safety shoes,one pair of uniform,helmet,safety glasses,travelling charges &safety gloves etc for each working operator 2. Contractor should provide torch light,grass cutting blade,01 No .axe,first aid box etc for each plant. 3. The Employed labours are wholely responsible for area cleaning i.e grass removing, complete cleaining of plant rooms and other task given by JE/Engr In Charge.

M&L for repairs to suction sweeper of 2 HP capacity by replacing coupling of suction side (set of two - 1 No) pump & motor bearing (Each 1 No) & complete overhauling of the machine including replacement of suction sweeper brush, iron brush wheel, brass spring, rubber packing, split pins including of MS bracket complete with rubber wheels, spindles & necessary welding work etc inluding testing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement nylon rope 25 mm dia for suction sweeper heavy duty complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only ball bearing suitable for centrifugal pump set of following capacity of pump set:- Centrifugal pump set of 30 HP and 15 HP capacity (swimming pool)
