Annual Maintenance Contract for Collection, segregation and transporting of scrap materials from INRPK to IGCAR stores, hiring of JCB Backhoe, Truck, Tractor and Hydramac

Collection, Segregation, transporting and storing of scrap materials of various size and weight such as MS structural steel scraps, pipes, plates, ducts, SS pipe bits, GI sheets, steel doors, cable trays and drums, broken steel furnitures, damaged rolling shutters, broken machine parts, work shop scraps etc. accumulated near 502, 504 and 505 bldg. FOST, Boiler and Compressor areas, Job shacks and other places of KARP / KARP-II and various buildings of WIP Complex including make each item convenient for HP inspection, loading, unloading, hire charges for trucks for transporting from KARP and storing at specified location for MS/SS/Aluminum/Cable scraps etc. at IGCAR scraps yard as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Conveying the surplus excavated earth and debris, boulders and spoils by mechanical means and disposing at places inside DAE complex identified as dumping yard / KKM dumping yard as per requirement within a lead of 3Km. Including loading, unloading breaking clods, levelling all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer- in- charge. Note:-1. The rates in respect of this item are applicable NET quantities arrived after making deduction for voids @20% in respect of soil/house keeping waste and 50% in respect of rock/light and heavy jungle waste from the corresponding stack/truck measurements. 2. The earth shall be dumped well inside the dumping yard and not over approach pathway road.

Supply of JCB Backhoe with skilled, licensed operator to carryout emergency/urgent works such as shifting of material, digging, earth work excavation, filling etc. as per the direction of EIC. Note: Duration hours calculated from the time of entry and exit time at KARP and WIP gate.

Supply of Trailer linked Tractor with skilled licenced operator to carryout emergency/urgent intercarting works such as shifting of material, excavated soil, refuses etc. as per the direction of EIC. Note: Duration hours calculated from the time of entry and exit time at KARP and WIP gate.

Providing TATA Ace load carrying van for shifting of grocery item from Annai Corporation, Medavakkam to KARP canteen. (Rate including waiting time of loading & unloading of grocery items, waiting charge at IGCAR gate & Material gate etc., and GST)

Supply of Truck (20 MT) with skilled licensed operator to carryout emergency/urgent intercarting works such as shifting of FHA material, containers etc. as per the direction of EIC. Note: Duration hours calculated from the time of entry and exit time at KARP and WIP gate.

Supply of Hdyramac with skilled licensed operator to carryout emergency/urgent intercarting works such as shifting of FHA material, equipments containers etc. as per the direction of EIC. Note: - Duration hours calculated from the time of entry and exit time at KARP and WIP gate.

Providing TATA Ace load carrying van for shifting of grocery item from Annai Corporation, Medavakkam to KARP canteen. (Rate including waiting time of loading & unloading of grocery items, waiting charge at IGCAR gate & Material gate etc., and GST)
