   Railway reserves the right to procure full/bulk quantity of the tendered item from RDSO approved sources for tendered item or their authorized dealers/agents only. Authorized dealer / agent must upload the tender specific authorization along with their offer, failing which their offer will be summarily rejected without back reference. The OEM/Authorized Dealers/Agents must comply with the following conditions failing which their offers are liable to be rejected without further reference: (a) In a tender, either the authorized dealer/agent on behalf of the Principal/OEM or the Principal/OEM itself can bid, but both cannot bid simultaneously in the same tender for the same item. (b) If an authorized dealer/agent submits bid on behalf of the Principal/OEM, the same dealer/agent shall not submit a bid on behalf of another Principal/OEM in the same tender for the same item For details refer Clause No 9.2.4 of Section- I (Instructions to Tenderers) and 10.10 of Section-II (General conditions of Tenders) of ECoRTender document uploaded in website www.eastcoastrailway.indianrailways.gov.in and www.ireps.gov.in

   The Developmental Order will be placed on Developmental Vendors only and as per RB Letter No. 2021/RS(G)/779/7 dated 09.05.2025, the "Developmental Vendors" are only such vendors which are listed as Developmental vendors on UVAM without any condition.

Commercial-Compliance

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

   Inspection by TPI (Third Party Inspection) Agency as per ECoR Tender Condition Corrigendum No. 04 dated 05.04.2023. Place of inspection to be mentioned clearly in deviation column

   1.Material to be delivered on FOR destination on door delivery basis preferably by road. 2. Please refer to ECoR Tender condition available at IREPS website and IRS terms and conditions. 3. Packing conditions: material should be provided with standard packing which can withstand transit, handling and proper storage. 4.Vendor must provide e-payment enabled bank A/C number, for payment through NEFT/ RTGS. 5. All other terms and conditions as per IRS Conditions and as per ECoR documents available in website www.eastcoastrailway.indianrailways. gov.in and www.ireps.gov.in.

   Annexure-B attached along with the tender document pertaining to "Code of Integrity, Obligations for proactive disclosures, Misdemeanour and Penalties for misdemeanours" shall be applicable. I/ We hereby certify that no other concerns or affiliates (such as having common partner / director /promoter/owner/ holding company decision control etc.) have participated in this tender which can give rise to a conflict of interest or fall under anti-competitive practices.
