Estimmate for strengthening of vertical saturator

Dismantling carefully R.C. floor, roof, beams etc. including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. including stacking of steel bars.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.

Applying epoxy based reactive joining agent for joining the old concrete with fresh concrete to be applied within manufacturer's specified time as per manufacturers specification. (0.4 Kg / m² of concrete surface).

Reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete including cutting, bending, placing etc all complete.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary.With 1:4 cement mortar (a) 15 mm thick plaster.

Lobour for propping up overhead members as a precenttionary agent against falling as directed with necessary planks, eucalyptus props , packing , nails wire ropes , iron wires etc , including hire charges of materials fitting , fixing dismentling and removing the props etc all ancillary works in this connection complete.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor)

M.S structural works in column beam etc with simple rolled structural members (e.g joists, angles, channels sections confirming to IS: 226,IS:808 & S.P(6)-1964 connected with bracket gusset, cleats as per design, direction of EIC. Charge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting using electrodes of approved make haulge,hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental charges such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc.

Labour for hoisting and placing in proper position departmental R.S. joists, channels, angles. Tees, plates etc. including fitting and fixing same with bolts and nuts, if necessary (but excluding cost of such bolts and nuts)

Labour for lowering & stacking after dismantling in parts R.S. Joists, channels, angles, tees, plates etc complete as directed.

Supply, fitting & fixing of Colour coated sheet (0.45 mm) brand as approved with nut, bolt, washer etc all complete.

Painting of MS structures with two coat paint over a coat of primer (departmental supply)
