M&L for erection and fixing of steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP - 31 (9.00 metres long) confirming to IS- 2713 Part I to III 1980 with and including cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, nuts, bolts and washers etc. fixed in PCC foundation duly painted painted with two coats of Aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L connecting junction box to street light luminaire using wiring with two runs (P-N) single core 1.5 sqmm ( nominal area) FR PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 V grade and one run of FR PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5sqmm single core as earth continuity wire drawn through PVC conduit and tiding the same with aluminium strip with the pole complete all as specified and directed. Note: ( Two single core 1.5 sqmm cable and one single core 1.5sqmm earth conductor cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one run).

M&L in repair Sub main wiring with 2 runs of 4.0 sqmm, single core, FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed cable conforming to IS-694, 1100 volts with copper conductor multi stranded drawn in and including 20mm dian non metallic PVC grey conduit with all accessories such as Tees, Elbows, junction box, reducers etc as requied alongwith one run of 4.0 sqmm single core FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor as continuos earth wire dolly and connecting to existing main switch board / distribution board of each building / qtr as ordered and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. (Note: 2 run of 4 Sqmm cable and 1 run of 4 Sqmm cable along with conduit all together shall be measured as one unit.)

M&L Sub main wiring with 2 runs of 4.0 sqmm, single core, FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed cable conforming to IS-694, 1100 volts with copper conductor multi stranded drawn in and including 20mm dian non metallic PVC grey conduit with all accessories such as Tees, Elbows, junction box, reducers etc as requied alongwith one run of 4.0 sqmm single core FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor as continuos earth wire dolly and connecting to existing main switch board / distribution board of each building / qtr as ordered and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. (Note: 2 run of 4 Sqmm cable and 1 run of 4 Sqmm cable along with conduit all together shall be measured as one unit.)

(Note: 2 run of 2.5 Sqmm cable and 1 run of 2.5 Sqmm cable along with conduit all together shall be measured as one unit.)

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level sorrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt fliing in alternate layers etc and connected to and including galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm upto 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected by light grade 20 mm dia GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, charcoal salt etc RCC pit cover flush to earth pit 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm TMT bar 100mmC/C and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) including earthwork disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 metre) and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 with and including demolition of old earthing..
