Designing, Supply, Installation, Commissioning and testing of 40 KLD STP (MBBR) satisfactory to achieve specified output parameters of treated water i.e. pH between 6.5 to 8.5 , BOD less than 10 mg/liter, COD less than 150 mg/liter, TSS less than 10 mg/liter, Residual Chlorine less than 1.0 mg/liter and Colifrom less than 1.0 mg/liter. (iv) Filter press Feed Pump (1W+1S) : 02 Nos self Priming, non clog Pump of Capacity: 1.0 cum / hr, Head: 40 meter possitive displacement. (ix) Air grid & media with valves piping for air grid & lamella box with Settler FRP plate for lamella used for sludge settlement. (x) Air Blower for mixing of Sewage in Equalization & MBBR Tank of 75 cum / Hr capacity with accessories i.e. MS base plate, safety valves, suction filter, silencer, NRV, V belt, Belt guard, Drive and driven pulleys (1W+1S) - 02 Nos. (xv) Supply and fixing complete piping ,fittings & all type of Valves from wett well Sump to Bar screen ,Equalization Tank To Treated Water Tank i.e in total 100 KLD STP system MS ―B Class, Make: Tata /Jindal Supply & Laying of piping ,fiƫng & valves to manhole size - MS pipe & PVC pipe 1.5 inches to 6 inches & PVC PIPING can hold pressure of 10 Kg/cm2 complete all as required at site. Note : Contractor shall design the STP Plant including the Civil work components as mentioned above from Consultant approved by E-in-C's Branch and the same will be got vetted / approved by NIT / IIT / Goverment Engineering Colleges. Similerly soil investigation wherever necessary shall be carried out by contractor from approved agencies duly vetted from NIT/ IIT/ Govt. Engineering college and submitted to the Department and got approved before execution of Work. The rates quoted are inclusive of these and no claim on this account will be entertained.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of manufacturer’s factory assembled and tested electric driven Multistage Centrifrugal pump set of capable of delivering 3.7 LPS at 30 Meter head coupled with three phase 415 volt 2800/2900 RPM not less than 3 HP complete with starter. The work also includes the followings:- (a)GI Delivery pipe heavy grade welded with flange of suitable dia upto NRV each with jointing material such as gasket nuts bolts etc (c) Supplying, fixing and testing of Brass reflux valve (NRV) suitable diawin and including flanged joint complete with nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified. (d) Supply and fixing of slim seal butterfly valve with iron wheel head both ends flanged for iron pipe and fixed complete with nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified. (e) Pressure gauge diaphragm type up to 50 Kg/Cm2-1 No. (f) FASD starter with acessories suitable to match pumps with and including protection relays and single phase protection-01 no (g) Shed for pump sets protecting Pumps and electrical contacts from rain using GI frame work and Galvalume sheets 1mm thick complete all as specified and directed at site (h) Control cable from starter to pump.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning non clog vertical submersible pumps with chrome steel impeller and cutter, non-clog to pass 40 mm size particles including Supply, installation with guide rail and lifting chain, cables, Earthing, testing complete with 2 years maintenance (duty flow and head ) LPMxM (200x25) 5 HP (pumping for sewage) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 500 Ltrs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top, minimum three layered) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed

Supply and Lay GI pipe "Medium grade" of size 50 mm with all fitting bend to shape as required on ground including jointing materials (such as white lead,fine yarn as required) laid in trenches, testing after completion for leakage complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Lay GI pipe "Medium grade" of size 25 mm with all fitting bend to shape as required on ground including jointing materials (such as white lead,fine yarn as required) laid in trenches, testing after completion for leakage complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Non return valve CI of size 50mm with bypass arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix gun metal globe or gate valve for 25mm bore pipe, with iron wheel head screwed both end complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay pipe ductile iron , S/S including special,class "K-7" 100mm (4") dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fi display boards to each tapping ends for irrigation usage, duly fabricated out of MS sheet of size 60 cm x 45 cm x 1.6 mm thick and mounted on GI pipe light grade and embded in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 of size 0.45 x 0.45 x 0.45 mtr and duly paintedwith synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on GI pipe and display board with and including stenceling using white paint over red background and writing matters in three different regional languages (English, Hindi, Kannada) complete all as specified. Note: Matters for stencelling shall be "NOT FIT FOR DRINKING" complete all as specified and directed

Manning & Operation: Operation and Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant of copacity 40KLD installed at OTM Accomodation, Bajpe, New Mangalore for First year after the completion of work. ( Daily in 02 shifts including Sunday & Holidays, Timing for 1st shift from 0600Hrs to 1400Hrs & 2nd shift form 1400Hrs to 2200Hrs) with one skilled Operator (FGM) per shift and maintaining desired level of chemicals by dosing of required quantity of chemicals provided in the system including providing and maintaining the log sheet for pump sets and machineries all as specified and directed.

Operation and Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant of copacity 40KLD installed at OTM Accomodation, Bajpe, New Mangalore for Second year after the completion of work. ( Daily in 02 shifts including Sunday & Holidays, Timing for 1st shift from 0600Hrs to 1400Hrs & 2nd shift form 1400Hrs to 2200Hrs) with one skilled Operator (FGM) per shift and maintaining desired level of chemicals by dosing of required quantity of chemicals provided in the system including providing and maintaining the log sheet for pump sets and machineries all as specified and directed.

( Daily in 02 shifts including Sunday & Holidays, Timing for 1st shift from 0600Hrs to 1400Hrs & 2nd shift form 1400Hrs to 2200Hrs) with one skilled Operator (FGM) per shift and maintaining desired level of chemicals by dosing of required quantity of chemicals provided in the system including providing and maintaining the log sheet for pump sets and machineries all as specified and directed.

Operation and Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant of copacity 40KLD installed at OTM Accomodation, Bajpe, New Mangalore for Fourth year after the completion of work. ( Daily in 02 shifts including Sunday & Holidays, Timing for 1st shift from 0600Hrs to 1400Hrs & 2nd shift form 1400Hrs to 2200Hrs) with one skilled Operator (FGM) per shift and maintaining desired level of chemicals by dosing of required quantity of chemicals provided in the system including providing and maintaining the log sheet for pump sets and machineries all as specified and directed.
